These are awesome slippers. My husband absolutely loved them. They are so soft and comfortable. I would have rated them 5 stars except for the fact that they don't come in half sizes, so the 9 was a little small and the 10 was a little bit too big. Half sizes would be a perfect fit !

Slippers were purchased to keep my feet warm whuile working from home. While they are a little larger than my foot, they still manage to keep my feet exceptionally warm. Only downside is the bottom. Since it is leather it absorbs water, so to make a quick trip outside to get the paper/mail I need to change shoes.

The slippers are a bit snug, so don't plan on wearing socks with them. I trust they will stretch with more use. They are rather expensive, so I typically wait for the holiday season deals and take advantage of the more expensive products offered by L.L.Bean. I would recommend that the bottoms of the slippers have a better grip - something with tread/rubber to help keep the bottoms clean. So don't wear these to walk outside to get a paper, etc. or for trips down in the basement.

I wear a size 14 wide shoe when I can get it, but the 13 wide size was a little large (length). Will try the 12 wide next time. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Great slipper for cold winter season. Fit at first is awkward but within a few days it really conforms to my foot. Very pleased!!

I've owned a pair of wicked good mocs for too many years -- the hair on the footbed had completely worn through, and the leather had even worn through in places. My feet no longer remained warm in them. I was going to get a pair of wicked good moc boots. They being sold out, I decided to try these wicked good slippers. I like how they wrap around the top of your foot; I bet that helps them keep my foot warm. I don't care for the leather sole, though. I liked the rubber sole of the other wicked good footwear, which I could clean with soap and water. My ideal product would have the upper of this slipper with that rubber sole. In any event, my feet haven't been cold since I switched to these, which is saying a lot.

My husband has worn the slipper socks for years. Recently, he decided they fit a bit tight, and the ones we bought this year from LLB were not as good a quality as the past. So, we tried these LLB slippers instead. He likes how easy they are to get on and off. His only "complaint" is that they are too warm for some winter days/evenings in VA.

very warm slippers. nice and narrow to fit my hubby's narrow feet. The only thing is i wish they came with outdoor soles. he often wears them outside for a trip to the mailbox.

I sit at my desk a lot and have very cold feet. These slippers are very comfortable and very warm. I ware them every day.

Very comfy & warm. Fit is great. Takes a bit of getting used to the foot bed when walking around & have seen a little bit of shedding in the lining. Other than that I could only suggest cleaning/care instructions. I would rate it 5 stars without the shedding & if care instructions were provided.

These felt fabulous, and they fit fairly well, albeit a tad long. The problem was that on one of the slippers, the sole was narrower on one side than the top, causing the foot to roll over on that side. A construction problem, and one that my husband just could not live with, so we returned them. If it had not been for that one problem, he would have been delighted with these yummy slippers. We've bought other slippers and products in the past which have been great, so we shall continue to look to L.L.Bean for quality products!

PROS: Warm, comfortable, soft, can be worn for short jaunts outdoors. CONS: The inside only lasts about 3 years, the bottoms are very slick when they get wet, no foot support of any kind. If you want something warm to wear when watching the fire or TV, or when just putzing around the house, these are great. If you need something to walk around in or go outside, pick a different style.

sizing is on the generous side, but work well with socks. They do keep my feet really snug and warm.

I bought these for my brother who is having terribly bad foot issues. He has indicated that they are the most comfortable slippers that he has ever worn. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but anything to relieve his foot pain... My wife also loves the pair I bought her two years ago.

i have been looking for a slipper to keep my feet toastie - boy do they do the trick - good fit and so far seem to be very well made

I am very happy with my slippers. I have a wide foot and usually order EEE in shoes. I ordered a 9W and they fit just right. I really wanted the leather soles; I did not want the ankle high style as I was worried my feet would get too hot. Since this was the only style that had the leather soles I decided to try them out. The slippers are comfortable and keep my feet warm without being too warm.

So happy to finally find a pair of good quality leather slippers for my husband & son. I bought the Size 10 (1/2 size larger than their usual size). They fit well on the width but are a bit too long considering they are only 1/2 size larger

These slippers are great. We don't have Maine weather in north Alabama, but winter evenings get plenty cold. I've worn these for two weeks now and love them. They are very well lined, and the lining shows no tendency to bunch in the sole area as so many others of this type do.

My son loves the slippers and they came quickly, however they have ripped at the top seam after 3 days of normal wear.

The quality and craftsmanship is wonderful, but because the sole is so defined on these slippers, you have to make sure that they really fit and they seem quite narrow to us. Luckily they are offered in a wide width (something my husband never buys in regular shoes) so we are exchanging them and hoping for a better fit.

We bought these for all our parents for the holidays....everyone was excited to get them and know that they were from LL Bean. I believe I bought my father's last pair about 10 years ago....time for new ones. Everyone can use a pair of good slippers. Could not get Dad a pair without thinking of Mom.

Very cozy and confortable. My husband loves them. This is the second pair that we purchased.

Really comfortable slippers and they keep my feet warm. Great to wear in the house particuarly on cold winter days and nights.
