I've worn this brand and type of slipper for over 15 years. They're soft, supple, warm, and tough. They are my go - to shoe for house wear and brief trips outside. Their one shortcoming is that occasionally one or the other slipper will roll to the outside, throwing your foot off of the footbed and onto the bottom side of the slipper. The other slipper will appear to be fine. This is already starting with the left side and I've had them a little over one month. This might be the first pair that I return for replacement. Other that this one flaw, and even taking it into consideration, these are still my favorite, and I will buy them again.

The size 12 was too small, the size 13 too big. There isn't anything on the slipper to tighten up the fit so it was sloppy to walk in. I should have returned them but my Father liked them. Unfortunately he can't walk in them. Lesson learned.

Great slippers but as time has gone by, the quality has suffered.

This was a beautifully made slipper, hard to find anything of this quality, but I was bitterly disappointed that the size 9 I ordered was much too large. I was not concerned about ordering as I often need a 9 1/2 and I need a wide fitting. But sadly I had to return these lovely slippers and there was a deduction for the cost of returning. I will not chance ordering footwear online again. I just wish there was a store near to me where I could go and try them on.

We love these slippers and have gotten a number of pairs over the years. But because they've gotten so expensive, this will be our last pair. $90 is too much for slippers.

Our whole family loves these slippers. We started buying them 10 years ago when I was looking for wide slippers for my husband and son. They loved them and the rest of the family ended up loving them as well. The only bummer about the slipper is that they tend to only last about 3 or 4 years.... the bottom leather seams tend to wear away and break.

These slippers where on my husbands Christmas list. He tried them on Christmas day and they were to big. He normally wheres a 14 wide but these must run on the big side. We have ordered the next size smaller but they are on back order. He is looking forward to them coming in and being warm and cozy in them!

UPDATE: Earlier, I said that the leather was stretching too quickly. In the year since then, it hasn't stretched any further, so it's still not too big, and I gave it back one star. They're very soft and warm, but the felt lining on the inner sole looks like it was glued on by a child. In some parts, piles of fake wool are glued together like a hairball; other parts are almost bare of felt. It's a little uncomfortable to walk on this uneven surface. I've gotten used to it, and they're still my favorite slippers for indoor use, but the inside sole should have been felted more carefully.

I love these slippers. They really hug your feet and keep them warm. The only issue is you'll be lucky to get a full season out of them. I replace them every year. The stitching around the bottom always comes undone within a few months. They also tend to stretch out quite a bit.

These are amazingly comfortable mocs. Your feet sink into the shearling and feel like a soft warm pillow for your feet. They are wonderfully warm with the shearling going all around the foot as opposed to the low top wicked good moc. The only issue I had with the moc is the soft bottom tends to pick up a lot of stuff when you're walking around in them. Not a huge issue but one to note nonetheless. While I've only had them for a month they look and feel very durable like they will last many years to come.

The Wicked Good Slippers are crazy soft, and the sole provides more support than my sneakers, but the sizes are way off. I'm a size 11, and that's what I ordered. My feet were falling out of these slippers when walking. I exchanged them for a size 10. They felt a little better, but still not snug. A note that came in the box said the slippers would mold to the shape of my feet with time, so I thought I would give it a week. It has been two weeks and my feet are still sliding out of the slippers. I haven't been a size 9 since middle school, but it looks like that's what I should have ordered. I feel bad returning these a second time, but I wish they would just use the same shoe size as other companies.

I originally bought these slippers at my local L.L. Bean store back in 2013 and was very pleased with them. After 6 + years of faithful service, they finally wore out (the fleece lining developed "bald spots"- much like the back of my head). So late last December, I went back to my store only to discover that were no longer kept in stock. I was told that I could purchase them online and have them shipped to my home. When I placed my order I was careful to specify the same size and width as the original ones because they fit so well. Unfortunately, when the new slippers arrived, I was dismayed to find that they did not fit me. I thought that this was due to their "newness" was they would "stretch out" over time and I continued to wear them for about 2 weeks. They were so hard to put on that one slipper tore at the seam. It was then that I matched the new pair with the old pair sole to sole and even though they were marked as the exactly same size and width, the new pair was almost one size smaller! I soon took them back to my local store and explained what had happened to them and what the problem seemed to be. They promptly offered to order a replacement pair or to give me a refund. I opted to order a replacement pair one size larger and when they arrived, I fell in love with them all over again. I would suggest that you visit a store and try on a similar pair first BEFORE ordering them online to make sure the new arrivals will fit properly. Maybe then you'll avoid falling victim to "The Incredible Shrinking Shoe Size". Perhaps this downsizing is a cost cutting effort much like what is happening to candy bars and toilet paper. Yep, the Snickers bar still costs the same, but you need a pair of tweezers to pick it up and eat it! I would have given these "wicked good" slippers a 5 star rating if they had fit me in the first place and I didn't have to make two trips to the store and have them shipped to me twice.

Just received my fourth pair. The stitching wears out between 12 and 18 months. The lining as well. That said these are the most comfortable slippers ever. The soles are quiet on my hardwood floors. I wear them all the time, so the wearing out is something to be expected.

This slipper is very very comfortable. I especially love how QUIET they are on my hardwood floors. Slippers with solid soles tend to be loud, but these have leather bottoms and make no noise at all while I'm walking. Bottom line, my feet stay warm and comfortable while my kids stay asleep. Unfortunately, as noted by previous reviewers, the stitching blew out quickly from gentle and normal use around the house. I have ordered a replacement pair and will send the damaged pair back for a refund. (see photo...No I don't have a dog that ate my slipper, lol) If LL Bean did not have this common sense return policy I would not recommend purchasing these slippers, but because you can return them for a new pair when the stitching flaw reveals itself I think it's a worthwhile purchase. Still, LL Bean would be wise to address this design flaw ASAP.

They are warm and comfortable and a joy to wear. However, the laces used to connect the bottom of the shoe and the top, wear out before the rest of the shoe. If a new stronger, longer-lasting lace could be found, I'd give these an unequivocal "5."

I have a narrow foot so I naturally order the "D" width only to find it is nearly too narrow for me and I wear a "B" width shoe. I suppose they will stretch. You might want to check to see what width your suppliers are actually creating.

Your wicked good slippers are of nice quality and workmanship. The product fits as wel as can be expected BUT COULD HAVE MORE OF A PLATFORM FOR OLDER FEET. I have always liked most of your products and your service. I do not however think it's fair to be charged $6.00 return fee just because I did not use YOUR credit card. I did however order another pair of the same slippers in a different size.

My first pair of these really comfortable slippers were purchased 18 months ago. The stitching on one pair tore from the leather, causing a total separation of the sole from the body of the slipper. I returned them, and LL Bean's shipped a replacement pair at no cost, plus sent a $10 gift card. That is exceptional customer service. My new pair is just as comfortable as my original pair, but has another problem. The soles on these slippers produce a loud squeaking noise over linoleum or tile flooring. It's loud enough to be heard throughout the house, and quite annoying. I will try talcum powder and other solutions, but what an incredible nuisance. If I can't find a remedy, I won't be able to continue wearing these otherwise wonderful slippers.

I first ordered these for the winter of 2011 and only wear them during winter months. After 2 winters, the rawhide stitching broke on the right slipper, near the front and the upper separated from the sole. I sent them back for a replacement in 2013. The second pair had the same problem ... after 2 winters, the rawhide stitching broke on one slipper and I had a hole between the upper and the sole, around the big toe area. I slapped some duct tape on it and made it through another winter, but still don't feel that these lasted as long as they should, so I am returning them again. It seems a lot of people have had the same or similar problem, so you would think that by now they would have done something to alleviate the weak stitching. Other than durability, I love the slippers.

These are very warm & fit well. I ordered a 12 & normally wear an 11 & they fit. Keep in mind these are made for indoor use with the soft sole. If your feet get cold like mine do, you'll love 'em.

Quick summary: Buy 1 or 2 sizes larger than your normal shoe size. Don't wear outdoors. Women might want to buy men's sizes for extra width. My normal shoe size is 7 1/2. I ordered an 8 EE (I prefer a wide slipper for comfort) and they were way too tight. The slippers are somewhat tapered and the thick interior fur greatly reduces the amount of space, especially when wearing heavy socks. I then ordered a 9 EE. But I still felt like my toes were somewhat pinched. I know I'm fussy. I then ordered a 10 EE which was only marginally larger than the 9 EE but I'm guessing that the leather will stretch and the fur will mat down over time. I don't have wide feet. The problem is the box of the slippers is tapered for aesthetics. The suede on the soles pick up every bit of dirt especially on wood floors. Never wear these on rough surfaces (you'll ruin the soles) and certainly never outdoors. The advantage of the suede soles is that they are much quieter when walking around the house on wood floors than hard soles. The suede soles also keep your feet warmer than hard soles (plastic soles transmit heat much more readily than suede). My wife also bought a pair but they too were way too small (women's mocs don't come in wide sizes). She returned them for a men's extra wide pair and she's now very warm and happy.
