These slippers are well-worth the money. They are very warm and they are well-made. They are slightly confining at first, but as the instructions indicate, they mold to your feet and get more comfortable as you break them in. You can't go wrong with these.

I had ordered a different pair which were not warm so I returned them . The pair I ordered to replace them are most comfortable and I really like them and am getting a lot of good now as it is very cold here.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. He put them on that morning and I don't think he's taken them off since then, except to sleep. He's a man of few words, but he has more than once remarked in passing that these are really great slippers and he likes them......a lot. He said he likes that they are sturdy enough to step out onto the deck to feed the birds, yet cozy enough to wear around the house all day. They appear, upon close inspection, to be extremely well put together, so I suspect they'll last a good long while. For the money spent, I think it was a wise purchase. You're going to pay more for anything from Bean, but their quality is second to none, so I don't mind too much.

I got these slippers for Christmas. I'm now trying to figure out how I can wear them to work! In some slippers my feet get hot and sweaty, but these are perfect; my feet are warm, cozy, and dry. The wool interior is so soft. I love these slippers!

My husband wore last year's version of these daily and the stitiching is finally wearing out around the sole. I ordered new ones and they look just as good as last year's. They tend to stretch out a bit and pack down, so I ordered one size smaller this time. They are even waterproof on the bottom, which is good cause he wears them out to get mail, etc.

I bought these for my brother-in-law as a Christmas gift. The timing was perfect. We had a small blizzard Christmas night. They fit true to size, and he is wearing them today. He said they are definitely warm. As with any item I've ever purchased from L.L. Bean, I am truly satisfied as a gift giver, and he is absolutely pleased as the gift receiver.

My husband was extremely pleased with his new slippers. They were a very good quality. He always has cold feet and ankles and the slippers made him much more comfortable! Very happy with the purchase!

husband has extra wide foot, but a size larger compensated. He was very pleased with the feel and warmth the slippers gave. One time he even wore them to bed.

I love sheepskin and these slippers fit nicely up to my ankles so that my flannel lounge pant legs nestle down around them to keep out the cold. Fit is perfect, I wear 9.5 to 10 so I ordered 10. Ahhh... what comfort.

Son and Grandson loved their Christmas slippers. Spent the rest of the evening warm and comfy. They love "The Bean" so it was a good choice.

These slippers continue to be my husband's favorite slippers! Over the years, we have "refreshed" his wardrobe with a new pair now and again and they continue to be the warmest, most comfortable slippers during the cold winter months!

My husband said the L. L. Bean's Wicked Good Slippers he received for Christmas are his favorite present. He loves the warmth, and the padded foot which makes the slippers way-better than traditional slippers.

This is what my son said when he called me Christmas Day after wearing his new slippers. He said they were "not cheap" and fit well and he loves how warm they were. I'm pleased with my gift to him.

Slippers have smooth, flexible leather on the outside and wool on the inside. Because they cover the ankle they keep the whole foot warm. As soon as I get home they go on my feet!

What a Score! My wife looked up the "traditional" gift for a seventh wedding anniversary (12/16). Wool!!! And I had already bought her these slippers (yes, she wanted men's sizes) for Christmas!!! And she loves them!!! I've had mine (two sizes larger) for a year now. I've never worn slippers as much as I do these. And I love them, too!!!!
