I bought three pairs actually. The first pair I bought lasted 15 years and they got replaced this Christmas when I surprised my boyfriend with his new pair. I bought the third pair for a friend knowing what a great lasting gift it would be. It is the quintessential gift that keeps on giving! You can't beat warm, soft and durable!!

I bought these for my 99 year old dad. He gets cold and these slippers made him purr! He loves them, but wishes they have a slip-proof sole for when he walks on bathroom tile. He keeps them on most of the day. It is not easy finding such a wonderful slipper that comes in wide width. Very pleased!

Jave ordered a couple of pair every 3-4 years since about 1975 for my son and myself. As a;ways, these are the ne plus ultra of slippers in our Midwest cold winters!

bought the above slipper size in men's because they do not make a wide in women's same slipper and it was suggested I try these - wish they just made it in wide in the women's

I bought these for a Christmas gift. Had to get her a men's because there was no soft sole for women and I wanted to make sure they weren't too narrow. She normally wears a women's 9.5, so the men's 8 fit fine. She loves them.

I have bought a pair for every member of my family in the past. This year I bought these for a friend. He never wears slippers so felt the fit was odd. He could wear them on either foot. I love this slipper because it keeps my ankles covered and I can wear them out to the woodpile.still #1 in my book.

Great slipper. Very warm and comfortable. Good price for a quality shoe. Only wish the sole would be all-weather.

I bought these for my dad for Christmas and he loved them. He said they are very comfortable and fit like a glove. This is his second pair. The first pair lasted several years with every day use. These are the only slippers he will wear.

just the best slippers period....

I bought these to replace similar slippers that I have managed to hold together since 1976. I hope they last half that long, but they weren't made in China back then and the construction is different. They are a little tight out of the box and there is a note stating that they will be. After a few weeks they fit fine. I am a size 10 but got an 11 for a little more room and it works for me. A 10 would have worked too.

These were replacements for the same slippers. Perfect replacement !

Bought for my grandson who loved them

My husband feet are frequently very cold-- medication-induced side effect. He wears wool socks to bed as well as year-round in his daily activities. He is thrilled with this Christmas gift, finding these slippers to keep his feet warm while providing comfort and sturdy soles for brief steps out of the house. He found the slippers a bit snug at first but noted that they had loosened slightly by the second day of wear. These slippers could not be any better!

I bought these slippers for my son for Christmas. He complains his feet are always cold and I wanted something quiet as he tends to drag his feet around the house. I was unsure if he would like them.....BUT the slippers were the BIGGEST hit of the day. He LOVED them. He has not taken them off! I sized up based on other comments, which worked as the size up fit perfectly. The slippers are beautifully made as well, very soft and plush. Well worth the price. We are both happy!

These slippers are both comfortable and long lasting and they keep my husband's feet toasty and warm. Prior to the purchase, he'd been complaining that the tile in our new house was too cold. His feet stayed so cold in his old slippers that he had pain in his legs. I bought him a pair of the wicked good slippers for our 39th anniversary and he is happy and warm now. My husband's most favorite slipper!

Slippers have always been one of those things that I never really thought much about; I just had some, and I'd put them on to keep my feet from getting too cold. I had NO idea that I could feel so pampered. These babies are wonderful. Snug, but not tight; flexible, but not floppy; warm, but not sweaty. Give these to somebody who really deserves a bit of TLC. But if you do, don't blame me if the poor guy doesn't want to go anywhere because he's too darned comfortable just as he is, thank you very much.

....but well worth it. Here is my wicked good slippers testimony... 5 or 6 years ago I bought 2 pairs of slippers for my parents for Christmas. Mom never wore hers, but my father would not take his off from Sept. to May. Well, Dad passed this May, and when I saw him in the pine coffin my brother had crafted, he was wearing the shearling slippers I had given him. What a comfort to me. So buy two pairs, yours and ......?

This is my 3rd purchase of these slippers. Two for my husband, who has worn out his first pair after 15 years, & one for my son, who fell in love with his stepdad's! My son's pair still looks brand new after 6 years! Worth every penny!!

This is the second pair for my husband. The first pair is well worn but still very useable. Just thought it was time for a new pair for Christmas. He loves them. Very warm and comfortable.
