Vor allem bei Hitze trgt sich das Shirt sehr leicht, durch die Hoody-Konstruktion ist der Hals gut geschtzt. Der Stoff ist so leicht, dass sich die Kapuze auch als Halsband krempeln lsst.

My son finally received his late Christmas present and is very happy with the hoody. He does a lot of running and biking in CA and this hoody will give him some sun protection.

Bought this for mountaineering in Lake District, it's light and the hood stops the sun beating down on your head

I love these sun shirts! I spend a lot of time climbing on sunny south faces in the Canadian Rockies in the spring and summer. Putting sunscreen on your hands halfway through a big multipitch climb sucks, so I have shifted to wearing a sun shirt. These are light and airy so I do not heat up too much even with the sleeves down and hood up. They also hold up decently well through the face climbing terrain I frequent. Great option to keep the sun off when you are out there all day long!

I've always been a fan of the cormacs and I have several of the tee shirt version that I have been wearing daily for around 8 years. I needed some new long sleeve sunshirts for running, hiking, climbing etc, so I picked up a few of these. I have tried sunshirts from several brands and have some older Arc'teryx ones, but the Cormac hoody absolutely beats out anything I've tried. For this being upf 50, it's a similar lightness to the upf 15 shirts I've tried. It blocks wind, but breathes. It's super comfortable, doesn't make you overheat, and is the best sunshirt I've ever owned. Highly recommended.

I have a Cormac hoody from a past season and wanted another. Love the new fabric and the redesigned thumbholes of the new offering. The new hoody is more comfortable and, ostensibly, more breathable compared to my older shirt. I'm somewhat between sizes L/XL and find the XL is a better fit for me (195#, 6', XL shoulders are perfect). The sleeves feel long but are also perfect when using the thumbholes. Love these hoodys.

This is my favorite Arcteryx fabric and I love the cut and breathability of this piece. The neck on the hoodie is awesome and the sleeves are long enough and have great stealth thumb loops. I wear it for everything (running, hiking, biking, a day at the beach, as a winter base layer, etc.). If I had to go all Steve Jobs and only wear one thing it would be this shirt. I wish it came in more colors.

Overall fit is comfortable. I got a medium, 6'1" and find the arm length good but the thumb sleeve won't work with that arm length for me.

I love this sun hoodie! I wear it skiing, hiking, mtb, on location photoshoots, yard work, ect: if you are outside in any sun this is a must have. Its wonderful as a base layer for cold days or your shirt for the hot day. ALSO IT DREIS SOOOOO FAST. This will keep you from getting absolutely cooked by the sun, if your like me and spend as much time as you can outside, your skin will thank you for this purchase. My go to is the lime green colorway from a few seasons ago, but I have started buying white and dyeing them myself. My only complaint is WE NEED BETER COLORS! Also built in thumb loops are clutch. Toss this on, throw your favorite t-shirt on over and now your swaged up and sun protected. In the winter I run my base layer under the Cormac and build from there.

Very lightweight and comfortable. My one knock against it is that the cut is a bit wide and boxy, so it can fit awkwardly, but that is more appearance. Performance-wise it dries super fast, and is a fantastic light layer for hikes and runs.

As a fair skinned outdoors person, I was looking to add a few more sun shirts to my collection to protect myself on those 25C+/75F+ days. These hoodies are advertised as "UPF 40+ protection for trail runs and high-output adventures." Ultimately I think they're too warm/thick for that purpose.

The fit of this hoody is great. The hood fits in a way that doesn't look dorky like other sun hoodies. The material is also amazing in terms of how quickly it dries. The construction is also much better than competing brands. The two problems are - (1) the material is a bit scratchy on the inside. I wish they made the interior of the fabric smooth instead of textured. (2) Pure white instead of the eggshell would look so much cleaner.

I bought this for sunny hikes or being out in the sun all day and during my camping trip and hiking at Mt Townsend in Washington State. The Cormac Hoody was very helpful with protecting me from the sun especially hiking through the ridgeline with now shade and having the hoody really protected my face from the sun. The great thing about the Cormac hoody was the breathability and lightweight of it really help me survive the 85 degree weather.

Love the function of this hoody as a base layer in the cold, and as a workout shirt in the hot summer sun. Unfortunately the latest version I purchased this year had a frey on the shoulder out of the bag, and the bottom seam broke in one spot after one wash. My older cormac is holding up just fine. Id still recommend the hoody overall, but Id probably also say you could find the same function with less of a premium.

Ive been wearing this for the last 4 months about 4 times a week. I was working at a summer camp and needed protection from the sun especially when driving boats for multiple hours a day. Its very comfy and the fit is loose without being baggy. Kept the sun off just like expected and the hood was super nice to have, I especially like the shape of the neck line. I wore mine for days on end in 100+ F heat and never felt like I was overheating or noticed that the shirt would start to stink. I did get some stains on it relatively easy but I would blame that on the color being white so Id say I asked for that myself. Have had no problems with quality of any kind and price is comparable to other sun shirts from brands like the north face.

Bought this as a mid-weight layer for cooler days...or nights. Wore it with a vest on a cool Fall morning and it was perfect for 45-60 degrees. Fits great and looks great!
