Not enough structure to these shoes. Very loose, fitting and wide for the size.

The fit was ok but the soft heel made it extremely hard to get into the shoe especially since I have arthritis in my hands. I liked the feel of the shoe and the color.

This sneaker had absolutely no support like my other On Cloud. Felt like a slipper and had a higher back.

I have 2 problems with this shoe. The insole is not removable, so I can't put in orthodics. The second issue, is the width. My heel slips out since I can't tighten the laces enough.

Grommets hurt the top of my feet

Don’t waste your money I don’t know what all the hype is about. In the first place I received a half a size larger than I ordered and I put them on my feet. There’s no way to really comfortably tighten the laces and I don’t see how they’re cushioned and padded. Right back in the box. Not 10 minutes later, they were in the box back to Zappos

Good lighter fabric shoe and great spring color. Unfortunately the arch support I needed was not there at all vs my other On Running shoes.

The fit of the right shoe was off. It did not match the fit of the left shoe. The cut was wrong making it uncomfortable. Also, I bought the shoe for use after hip surgery and thought based on description that it was a true slip on. It is not because you still have to pull up the back of the shoe once you slide your foot in. It’s cute but had to return.

I usually were a size 7 but upsize with athletic shoes so I ordered a 7.5. I felt they were a little big in this particular style OC but I also felt this shoes felt somewhat "plastic". I don't know what other word to use to describe it.

Sizing Off.

I can't believe the difference in an 11 and this 10.5. These are much smaller. Also, the material that covers the heel is way too flexible and doesn't hold it's shape when you put the shoe on. Also the insole in the right shoe doesn't fit inside the shoe properly...it's longer and rises up inside the heel I've had other on clouds. These are a disappointment

I have had several pairs of ON shoes and really liked them. But these felt too wide and had very little arch support. No way I could use them as walking shoes for any distance.

Super cute and lightweight but SQUEAKY sole on hard surface. I have other ON shoes so this was disappointing

Ordered a 11 M and was sent a 11 W Way too wide for a narrow foot! I was hopeful I could get by with a M width but definitely not a W

Laces broke after a few weeks of wearing

hey I ordered a size 6.5 in women’s but was received a size 8 in women’s . I’m not sure what could be done about this.

The wrong size was in the box (box was supposed to be 10.5 and the sneakers I received were 8...and the box said 10.5.) Now the size I want is sold out :(
