The instep was too tight. I tried wearing the shoes around the house thinking that would help because I really liked them but since I have a high instep it was just too tight.

I ordered two pair by mistake . Love the shoes !

I did not like this style compared to my last pair. Too thin of fabric, too wide, and too white. I am normally a 9-1/2 in Brooks and use my orthotics. I have a narrow foot and heel.

Love the look and lightness of these shoes. Also love the ability to step in with heel crushed is great. I bought these in white and have been wearing a lot and they are comfortable to walk in, but the back goes up higher than an ankle sock and therefore rubs. Sadly, returning the second pair that is not worn yet after this discovery.

These shoes were super lightweight and easy to slip on and off. However, they felt baggy over the sides of my feet. I decided to go with the Cloudvista for a better fit and a lot more support. The Coast is fine for light walking but probably not much more than that.

Ordered my normal size of 9.5 and it was perfect. Shoe is extremely thin and lightweight. Most definitely a hot summer shoe. I do like the fact that, like my indoor slippers, they can be worn as either slides or, with a bit of effort, pull up on the heel to make them more stable. I returned them as I purchased in the fall. I didn’t love them enough to keep until summer, but I may give them another try come June.

Very light weight and comfortable

These shoes are lightweight and comfortable and great for summer travel. They run a bit small and I have to take half size up.

I have a pair of OC's and love them. Didn't realize I was ordering the ones that seem much less quality.

I wear the same size shoe in all brands except Ons. I was able to wear these in my size but they never felt quite right. After about a month of trying to wear them I experienced pain in my feet I never felt before. Turns out these shoes were giving me planter fasciitis! Now I am having pain everyday in my heels.

It just felt too big and my foot shifted in them too much to wear for what I needed!

I loved the look but unfortunately I have a very high instep. Keeping the shoes on for several minutes caused pain.

I usually wear a 10.5 in On Cloud and have a somewhat narrow foot. The insole felt thinner than what is normally in the shoe allowing for more space across the top. This fact made the shoe too loose for me especially since the ties are unadjustable. The shoes are very lightweight and seemed breathable. I returned them, however.

I thought my foot would slide into the back of the shoe but I still had to bend down and fit the shoe on my foot. My other ON shoes don’t do this.

The left shoe felt really different than the right..... random but true

Shoe had no arch support and the sole was paper thin - felt like walking barefoot which doesn't work for me.

Runs SO SMALL. I suggest a full size up.

I first bought a size 8, but it was too small. I exdhanged them for an 8 ½. The difference in size is huge. While the 8 ½ are to big, I'll keep them as slippers.

The size was good the back of the shoe is very flimsy in my opinion. Putting the shoe on it kept smashing down and I had to dig it out from under my heel and pull it up where it belongs. Would not be such a problem if it had a finger pull to help with that problem.

I just got this shoe because I have heard such great things about support and help with foot pain. The shoe is super cute but the sore is not comfortable and feels off, minimal arch support. I am pretty disappointed and bummed that they are not as comfortable as I had hoped
