The sole area is a little hard compared to the old version I purchased. For the initial 4~5 uses, I had pain in my sole before I fully warmed up.

These look great, and seem to be great quality like other ASICS shoes I've owned... However, they are extremely tight and narrow on the arch and around laces. There is a built-in strap inside the laces that is made for support, but it has no flex and is uncomfortable for non-narrow feet. Also, the hard plastic outer sole piece is stiff and a point of friction for wide feet. I agree with the other review, there is a market for wide/extra-wide shoes with the same support and sturdiness.

Will asics come out with a court show with extra-wide widths?

I didn't feel comfortable in these. I was actually surprised by the lateral motion control of this shoe. When I first put it on, this didn't feel stable, the shoe had the base of the shoe carving 'inside' and the height of the sole made feel like I was wearing 'coffin' shoes. I didn't move quite right and FIRST HALF hour on the court, I injured my calf on an awkward landing. I knew immediately this wasn't shoe shoe for me! Went back to my Brooks and immediately I notice the foundation of the shoe had more surface area. Personally for me, this shoe wasn't what I wanted. Some reviewers commented on the overall plastic on the side. The shoe didn't feel right and honestly this confirmed for me ASICS are not the brand of shoe for me. Everyone's foot is different so, what may NOT work for me, may fork for others.

Quality seems good but run narrow. The hard plastic wall digs into the side of my foot. I have worn many ASICS running shoes but this was my first attempt at a tennis shoes.

This shoe was fine in the width (EE) but the Dynawall lateral support plastic is far too rigid and nearly bone crushing simply while shifting weight left to right standing up. I can't imagine the pain if I were to stop an explosive or even moderate speed movement. Not for me. But I've never tried an Asics I like (and I've tried tons over the past 20 years). The shoe also runs a tiny bit long for its size and the lacing, especially while using the runner's loop eyelets was very difficult.
I'd also recommend:

Wore the shoe for a month while jogging and the cloth in the heal area ripped in both shoes exposing the support which rubs on my heal and makes them unbearable to wear.

Bought this pair of shoes and before I wore it the white upper plastic material started to turn yellow due to poor ultraviolet light resistance quality.

The shoes broke within 3 practices (Tennis). Holes This was caused by sliding on hard court. I'm not an atp pro, they shouldn't be breaking this fast. Now when I slide my feet rub against the concrete and my socks get holes in them from where the shoes have a hole.
