The colored lace that goes across the top of the foot is so tight that it numbed my foot after an hour of wear. Ive never had any issue like this with any other pair of shoes. The lace is very inflexible and cuts across the top of the foot. I asked customer service to let me know what material it is so I can research how to stretch it. But they didnt care at all. They only cared that the shoe was used and that I cant return it. Which I wasnt even trying to return it. Disappointed in customer service and design of this shoe.

The left shoe weighted 15 grams more than the right. They dont match these ? or there is no quality control ? I asked to return the pair and they want to charge me a $3.49 fee for doing so !

Its hard to find a tennis shoe thats a little more room in the toe box and also not too lose at the ankle. The wide version of this shoe is, stable and comfortable, durable sole. Checks all the boxes for my foot.

I've worn the gel resolutions for the past ten years. My new GR9s have a different shape toe box with the toe more pointed so that the end of the shoe curves away from your big toe. Previous models were more rounded with the longest point more in line with the big toe. A small change but could result in needing a half size bigger. Why would Asics change the last?

Not digging the toe box (too narrow looking). Nothing special about materials used. They are comfortable though, especially ankle/ heel support.

Shoe is good but sole goes off quickly. Requesting asics to improve sole quality like gel resolution 8

I love the shoe, however, I have a wide foot. I previously had a very similar ASICS shoe that was 2E, so I purchased these in the same 2E. Unfortunately, they are simply too narrow, while the others were great. But, I was not able to realize this until they were worn on the court. I suppose the lesson here is that you cannot depend on the company to insure that widths are assured to some standard.

I have been wearing Gel Resolutions since the first version and they are awesome, durable shoes with great support in a sport like tennis that requires lateral and torsional resilience. I love everything with the minor tweaks to the latest, Gel Res 9 except the lateral midseam is raised an irritates the outside of my foot. Hopefully this is just this one pair as it's only a problem on my right one. I won't give up on buying them unless this is the norm.

I have received so many compliments since wearing these sneakers. Besides the crowd pleasing hue, this is the ultimate preformance sneaker when playing on a hard court surface. Very responsive when hitting the breaks and supports lateral movement with comfort.

Love them, great fit, but more than that an Excellent conversation starter.

This is the best pair of shoes Ive owned for pickleball. They are extremely comfortable on the court. I only need to tie each shoe with one knot.
