I was nervous when I saw the change made with the new generation but I have been more-than pleased. I have tracked it and found that I, personally, run 20 seconds per mile faster on average. I need all the help I can get so I'm very impressed.

Easily the most comfortable pair of shoes in my rotation. The redesign has a much nicer, and more breathable upper. Along with the generous heel cushioning, the extra cushioning in the forefoot is also much appreciated which many other cushioned shoes of this style tend to be lacking in.
Overall, an extremely versatile and durable shoe that functions equally well as a daily trainer for running, and even just for walking around in supreme comfort.

I love these shoes! I can walk without limping again! (bad knee) The cushioning is phenomenal ! And the extra wide ones REALLY are nice and wide!

I love this shoe!!! I have a wide foot, and flat. I went through a ton of shoes before finding this one. The 4E is a true wide width. Some shoes I am. 10.5 4E but I had to get an 11 4E just for toe room of my larger foot. I did have to replace the orthotics for a higher quality orthotic but that was nothing.

I have had a few foot surgeries, current morton's neuroma and a super wide foot. Hoka Speedgoat 5 in men's 2E is best for me while running trail ultras but am currently training for road ultras so I needed to find a good wide cushioned road show. It's been years since I've done road training. Nimbus 25 is it! I ordered a men's 4E 9 and it feels so good. Plenty of width, not sloppy, super cushioned. So much comfort right from the box to a 15 mile run on the first try. I now have 100 miles on them and am still super pleased. Placing an order for another pair. What a relief to have found THE road shoe for me!

I bought this 2 months ago at their outlet store near Palm Springs. It is unbelievability comfortable with lots of jel cushion. Plus it is very light. You will love these. My wife works in a Garden Center and walks around 10 miles a day. She bought 3 pairs of these and feels the same as me about the comfort.

I had them for a week for my all day job on the concrete. The width is perfect for the extra wide. I used to wear Kayano 29 but I didn't get them in wide. Nimbus 25 is perfect for people with flat fert

I purchased the Gel Nimbus 25 Wide running shoes yesterday in preperation for refereeing two high school soccer games (JV & Varsity). I had just recently worked a long weekend college show case tournament and my knees were sore. I used these shoes for my HS game and I was impressed with the cushion and lightness of the shoes. The support was outstanding. It was the best investment I made! When you run with these shoes it feels smooth and soft on your legs (feet, ankles, knees & back). I hope they come out in all black in 2E soon.

I bought the new Nimbus 25s when they first came out . I love them. I am a teacher who is on his feet all day long, and these shoes make me feel like i am walking on clouds. I have over 10 pairs of Asics from the Novablasts to the Kinsei. These Nimbus 25s are my favorite!!!!

I have worn the Gel Nimbus series shoe for many years. It has gone through many transitions but this latest one is quite impactful. The new use of foam improved the softness of the ride throughout the stride but also gives it an energy that makes it feel the shoe is working for you. Many Hoka shoes have had softer rides than the Nimbus line but to now have a soft ride and put the energy back into the next stride is a winning combination on a training shoe. This shoe has given me about a 10 second boost per mile on my training runs.

I purchased these shoes two weeks ago and I am really impressed with them. Great comfort and very plush feel. They are great for running or just walking 5-6 miles a day. I just wish they had more than 3 colors in wide since these shoes are vey narrow, so I have to order wides. ASICS please add more fun colors to wides and I will buy another 3 pairs.

These shoes are awesome! They are completely different from previous versions of the Nimbus but in a good way. I plan to do my next marathon in them. The overall feel is great, and I'd describe the cushion as a high stack height with firm feel. My only criticism is the tongue slides out of place. Other than that, they're great! I have already purchased 3 pair.

FIrst ASICS shoes that I have owned and I really like them since they don't make your feet all fatigue after a fast walk or job on the streets. They do need a bit of time to break them in but after they start settling, it's feels better to run in them. Although I'm not convinced they are the best shoes for me to run in since my feet will hurt a bit during the run but not as bad.
I would say this shoe is good from walks to light jogs but I'm on the heavier side so it might be different for those who are lighter weight. Also the width is perfect as well.

Was looking for a lightweight shoe with maximum cushioning due to being on my feet for a long period of time.
First time trying on the shoes, the Cushioning was fantastic. Unfortunately, the style of the shoe is like a sock and tends to cause some tightness/discomfort if worn all day.
Maybe I should've ordered the wide version to allow more room although I don't have wide feet
Anyway, if your looking for a shoe with superior cushioning then this is for you just keep in mind the snugness.
