I wanted to love these so bad. I thought I had found THE work shoe-- they were comfortable, perfect look, perfect height. And then I wore them to work for one 8 hour day, and I went from my house, to my covered garage, to a covered parking garage, and into an office and back, and the toe of one of them crumbled off. They were never even exposed to the elements or outside-- it was all covered and dry cement and carpet. I took them to a cobbler to try and get it fixed and they said they could patch it but it'd likely look terrible because they can't match the material exactly. I'm outside of the return window, so these are going for the garbage.

Perfect heel height and Im so glad they are available in a wide width. This brand has been a go-to for me because I have a wider foot and its impossible to find pretty shoes in a wide width. I would recommend possibly sizing a half size up just cause they felt a little small in length but I can make them work in my normal size. I hope to see these in more color and style options similar to the taller heel version of these.

Im a long-time fan of Sam Edelman & typically default to HazelsI wanted a simple brown suede & loved these - the style is so similar, its just a lower heel height. Theyre perfect! Comfy right out of the box in my usual size 7. I wish there were more colors/patterns/textures like in Hazel, I would absolutely buy more in this style. Ive worn these with jeans & dresses to work, the heel height is great! And I especially love the slightly lower heel with an ankle-length or cropped jean.

Im a Hazel lover but I have a few things thatd look great with a slightly lower heelI also dont own a nice simple brown suede heel & so these Vienna pumps really knocked it out of the park for me! The Frontier Brown Suede is beautiful, comfortable out of the box in my usual size 7 & the heel height is perfect, though I wouldnt consider this a kitten heel at all. Would love to see a bigger variety of colors, textures & patterns in Vienna, I would definitely buy more.

They are okay, the leather waves on one of them. Contacted customer service two weeks ago, havent heard anything yet.

I love the Vienna! I have always been obsessed with the Hazel pump but found it too tall to be a practical, every day shoe (sorry Im just not that comfortable wearing heels!) but for occasions, and trips into the office, these are the PERFECT shoe for a clean, sophisticated, simple and pulled together look without the stress of a tall heel. I feel like Marilyn Monroe and Kate Middleton all in one whenever I wear them. The soft buttery caramel suede is simply divine! Now I just wish it came in every color as the Hazel!

Beautiful shoe, but runs slightly large initially and since suede stretches it now runs about a full 1/2 size too large for me after three wears. Had to add inserts since my heel kept slipping out and they arent eligible for a return anymore. Its a bummer since I love how Sam Edelman shoes feel without inserts.

Very nice shoe. Is wearing really well. My one complaint is that it speaks when I walk which is weird. It would be nice if the bottom had some traction for grip. It's very very smooth so it's slippery when walking on ice or water. But it seems like very good quality and the price is reasonable so I will likely buy at least one other color.

My order arrived today. I love the heel height it was so comfortable. The shoes' toe box area were bit narrow. It needs some toe box stretching. I'm returning it because its inner tip of the heels wasn't correctly glued. But I just ordered another pair with same color. Hopefully, next pair will not have the same defect.

Great style . 1st time wearing , need to be broken in Feet hurt after 3 hours . I was on my feet and had not sat during those 3 hours so, that could be a factor also . Love the animal print, so subtle !

These squeak when I walk in the house so I havent worn them outside. They are comfortable but embarrassing. Have the same shoes in black suede without an issue. Much nicer heel height than the hazel for everyday wear.

Absolutely beautiful shoe, everything about it is perfect. Wore them right out of the box to a holiday dinner dance & danced all night (Im 75) ! So comfortable! Do not hesitate to buy them . I bought the black suede, so elegant! Fit true to size , well worth the cost ! Love them !

Just got these in black suede, they are gorgeous ! Beautiful details. Fit well & very comfortable. They remind me of days gone bye, classy, & elegant on the foot, cant wait to wear them .

Looking for this shoe in a wine color. This is my second pair. Next time will go 1/2 size larger for comfort.
