Hello customer service team I thought I order a black color but received a gray color. I would like to get the shoe in black. I really enjoy your shoes would like to receive coupons.

I noticed improved recovery after my runs meaning these actually actually work. Legs Felt dead before I ordered and after a week of rocking them, I see some improvements in recovery.

The size was too big. I had to send them back. I'm waiting for the new shoes to com. I haven't had the chance to walk in them yet. The customer service was great.

I received a defective product. The right show shape was misaligned.

Excelent product and very confortable

"Cork" color pictured is not accurate - when I received them the color was actually pinkish, and more so resembled the color of a bandaid, rather than the creamy mocha color pictured. They are very unattractive and I won't wear them outside the house. Very annoying and disappointing.

I loved the looks of these, and especially love the Hoka athletic shoes. Unfortunately, these didn't work for me as they were too big. I had to return them.

Normally wear a suze 14, but got these in a 13 and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable to wear around the house, but they make me an inch taller and I'm already 6'4" tall (just for info - would still get agai). Very happy with this purchase.

I really liked the shoe because it has a thick, absorbent sole, but since I wear a half size, the next size up made the slide just too large for me. This shoe is made wide which fit me perfectly but may be too wide for someone with an average width.

These recovery sandals are awesome (stylish and comfy); I'm wearing them most of the time since I got them. I wish they were a little snugger (they're slightly long on my small foot), even after returning the size 6 to Free People when I learned Hoka sells a 5. For reference, my foot generally measures 5; I wear 6 in running shoes and 5-6 in all other shoes.

I have the recovery slide 1 and have really liked them and wear them all the time in the summer. They need replaced so I ordered another pair but they've been updated to recovery slide 3 now. Since they are unisex I find them to be a bit loose as I wear them without socks. The biggest issue I'm having with them though is how the heel sticks out so far in the back. It's easy to get tripped up on the shoe by stepping on that part. I'm not sure I'll be able to keep them if I'm going to trip on them.

I ordered men size 10 & it's big. Next time I will order size 9.

The product looked okay BUT I tried with my daughter for several hours to make an exchange it would not go thru then I tried a life chat for hours and no one camePR is great for this company but with my experience I would never order from them again.

They are so comfortable if I'm not wearing my HOKA sneakers I'm wearing my sandals. Super comfortable. Plan to purchase in more colors.

I bought these because I heard they take a lot of relief off of your neck and low back. They certainly do. As soon as I come home from work, I slide these on and its like walking on a cloud. Helps relieve my neck and back pains as well! I bought my usual size, but they do feel just a tad too big, but since they're just house shoes its not really a problem. I would size down for a pair I would be wearing out and about.

My acupuncturist wanted me in the most cushioned and supportive shoe both inside and outside for my plantar fasciitis. I already wear Hokas for work but was wearing a stiffer shoe at home, and not wearing them enough because I really prefer to be barefoot. Well I bought these and what a game changer!! They have perfect arch and metatarsal support and are extremely cushioned, plus they are slides, so I feel barefoot. Great shoe. Will buy again (but hope I don't need to).

The sandal is very comfortable, but I think where it fails is because it's not specifically made for a women's foot resulting in an oversized, bulky looking shoe. And they are not offering half sizes
