My original purchase got to me, like 5 days earlier than expected. Had a return, and had my new pair within 5 days. Fastest, easiest return I have ever made. Both the sneakers and slides are extremely comfortable. The slides particularly are comfortable, I've never felt good in slides before, figured I try them out, and it's a different feel altogether. They really made great slides, and walking in them feels great.

I wanted these to work for me. I have to be careful with plantar fasciitis and need to be sure my feet are properly supported. These felt too hard.
Not only that, but somehow I ordered the MEN's size instead of the Women's. This has happened twice to me on this site now... :P I guess I need to pay better attention! :P

Too big. I consistently wear a size 6, but the size 6 was too loose on me so I tried the size 5. It is still a little too big and my foot slides far up to the top of the slide.

I wear size 11. The shoe was exactly the color and style shown. Totally a true HOKA shoe. Comfort was excellent. But, on my foot it looked like a ski ! I had to return, I have a hard enough time trying to make my SIZE foot look normal.

I would in no way describe the cushion of these as "plush." However, they are supportive, and that support feels like it will last a long while. The arch is niceI have high arches, and it curves into them perfectly. I'm not sure they're worth the price for how they feel.
