Very comfortable shoes. This are my second ones. Just an advice, do not get any light colors or white. My first ones got uglies and I do not know what happen to them when I wash then, even though I washed them carefully.

I wore them to work today and they felt really nice some ankle support, bounce back while walking. I love the colors.runs little big but I like that.

I was surprised to have to return first pair to size down. Probably could have even gone done another 1/2 size. This is the first time that Hoka sizing has been off for me. Not as much padding in the sole as others I own.

The Hokas I purchased previously were light colored and while hiking in Acadia National Park because strained with mud! So I opted for all Black this time. I'm not happy with the color but it will do. I purchased the size I wear but they feel a little big. I walk a lot and when these are broken in they may fit better.

A bit too firm. This is my 4th pair of Hoka shoes. I can say that these are super form, maybe a bit too hard and stiff. I've been wearing them for a month now and they are finally loosening up. Good shoes but not as good as the other thicker and plusher ones.

Did not like the color. Shoe fit perfect. Returned it in favor of a pair with colors more to my liking

I know all companies do this but I really dislike when I buy the same line of shoe in that new year model and it's different. I feel like if you want to adjust the fit you should give it a new name. I've been using the Challenger for quite some time and this new model is different. I love the bright colors though! Wish men's shoes came in my size because they get all the neon, bright colors.

I was disappointed that the purple Challenger 7 ATR HOKAS didn't come in Wide but am determined to make them work by wearing them and going to try to get them stretched. They look awesome and it's getting better but will see

I really wanted to keep these shoes, but after a few days of wearing them with my custom orthotics, my arches were hurting! I cannot wear them as is; I have very flat feet. Sadly, I'm returning all 3 that I tried out.

I love my Clifton's but I'm very active so I was looking for a shoe that would work for all terrain. I hiked 600ft up a mountain in these! They were great for a 2.5 hr hike up and down the mountain. I can't wear another sneaker now. Fantastic

This is my first pair of Hokas. I have been wearing them for two weeks now and like them. I thought I had ordered a dark colored shoe but a light gray came instead. Thinking I had just made a mistake myself in ordering and not wanting to go through the trouble of exchanging, I just decided to accept it but really wishing I had gotten the darker blue or black color. I'm figuring it is too late to exchange, am I right? Feels like there might be a little too much room for me but was looking for a wider width so the fit should work fine with maybe a slightly heavier sock.

I've been through every HOKA hiking shoe searching for something that is cushioned and that fits (Anacapa, Kaha,, Speedgoat etc etc). I finally settled on the Challenger 7, a trail running shoe, as a compromise. It seemed like a great choice. But 2-1/2 months into almost daily walking on Mojave desert trails (and some off trail walking), cholla spines started piercing the shoe tread and hitting my feet. So....time for something else. I still love these but will need to watch where I walk when I wear them. I'm replacing these with the Tor Ultra Lo for most hiking now. But if you don't need to worry about cactus spines, the Challenger is a great shoe.

I have bunions and arthritis in my feet. Needed wide. I had to replace the inserts with generic orthotics because there was almost no arch support. Now they are nearly perfect, except that my heals slip. They are definitely healing my foot pain.

I like the traction these shoes provide when I'm walking in the hills. They are comfortable but will need just a bit of breaking in. Like my previous style of Hokas, the wide size is not as wide as it used to be. It's a shame because I have trouble finding wide shoes for my "duck feet" and the older version of Hokas were perfect for me.
