I ordered size 7.5 and received size 10. Called customer service, they said it’s out of stock. The only thing they can do is to process return. Such a bad experience! Will never shop zappos again.

The shoes are very comfortable and supportive but to me, they look huge on my feet.

I've always questioned why people not involved in professional sports would spend Hoka-level money for athletic shoes. A discounted price coincided with my acknowledgement that I needed something better and I purchased these shoes -- and now I GET IT! These shoes are magical. Comfort and support -- I've never felt anything like it.

The Clifton 9 is my favorite shoe.

I have only tried them on for fit, haven't really worn them yet. I've worn Hoka Cliftons for many, many years, I love 'em!

The Hoka are very supportive and comfortable. Would buy again. Lots of cushion for ball of foot. They feel a lot more supportive than my on cloud 5.

GREAT WALKING SHOES! They provide great support! I walk daily 4 miles and need excellent support! Order 1 size larger because toes expand! (Unless you want to lose a toenail!)

Great Walking Shoes I walk 4 miles daily and these shoes give the support that I need. I order one size larger because toes expand after 20 minutes so this is important!

The shoe was gorgeous and fit well ! Unfortunately, the right toe box had some strange inner contours to it that just did not sit well - I wore the pair and walked around inside the house for maybe 3 minutes - then sat for about 30 minutes and walked around again to see if the strange toe box fit disappeared - sadly, it did not. I will return this size (9D) and the other size recommended for me (9/12 D)

This is my third pair of the Clifton 9s. They are so comfortable and match so many things! The cushioning is amazing and they fit true to size.

Hoka Clifton 9 shoes are very supportive and comfortable for walking around and working out. I purchased another pair in a different color.

The shoe is great in terms of fit. My issue is that after not very much use, some of the rubber padding on the bottom is coming off. I’d expect shoes at this price to hold up better.

They were not that comfortable, and I will be getting the Bondi 9's instead.

Zappos say these are a medium but in men’s B means narrow. Zappos please clarify your sizing and descriptions.
