My wife loves these. She has worn Asics and Saucony most of her adult life, but we treated ourselves to Hokas. Her experience is polar opposite to mine. I'm returning mine after a month of break-in, but she says hers are the best sneakers she's ever worn.

I got my usual size 8, but it was too big and wide. The support is great, just need a better fit. Sending them back, and getting half size smaller.

if you are going to buy Hokas this is an excellent gateway/entry level shoe to the brand. It is versatile, comfortable and for me, made it difficult to go back to other brands of athletic shoes I have chosen before.I wear a size 6 and the actual size fit me. I did not need to size up. I have a narrow foot with higher arches and if I had to critique something, I wish they had a little more arch support. But overall, you can walk miles in these things:they are made to do that.

No foot pain now

I love my Hoka Clifton 9’s. I have problems with my feet and these are the only shoes I can wear while on my feet all day working in the healthcare field. I’ve tried many other brands and I always go back to Hokas!

Like walking on a cloud! Recommend! Especially for those with wide feet or high arches.

These shoes are perfect and required no "breaking in." So comfortable from the get-go. They are my first pair of Hokas and won't be my last!
