looks so big and wide like a boat even it's regular. cliff 8 is a lot more slim. not true to size

I wore them for less than a day and had to return because the pain I felt in my right arch was so uncomfortable. As soon as I took the shoes off I was fine It also seemed long and the area after the arch was quite wide. Feet did not feel secure in this shoe.

I purchased clifton 9 all white size 10 too small.

I bought this shoes for work, i work as a dental assistant so I'm always walking ,standing all day in the middle of the day I just feel like taking my shoes off, my feet's hurts all they don't work for walking all day

I tried to send my shoes back and get a smaller size. The website would not let me as it said the product could not be returned. I just got them and tried them on. Such a rip off. You need to tell your customers the products cant be returned. I just needed a smaller size. So I had to give them to someone that could wear them.

As much as I wanted these to work for my 8 hr shifts, they make my feet hurt by the middle of the day. I get heel and arch pain every time I wear them. I missed the 30 day return because I just really wanted them to work and just kept telling myself "your feet need more time". Do yourself a favor and DO NOT miss the return date. If they don't work, they don't work. They are so cute and plushy, but just kill my feet.

This is my second pair of Clifton's and I am not happy. The sizing and fit is completely different. I have tried to return them online, but get an error message.

My shoes are super cute! The only problem I had was that they feel cheaply made and mine already have a hole in the side! I've ran in them twice now.

Great quality shoes. I love the colors and look of the new Clifton 9, but I sent them back because they feel stiff and fit similar to the Bondi. I bought a couple of extra pairs of the Clifton 8 before they disappear.

I have normal feet, not too wide, not too narrow I tried these shoes for 3 days and my feet hurt all 3 days I had plenty of toe room and width but somehow the structure of these shoes just hurt my feet. Too bad as I was looking for a good walking shoe

I have been wearing these for about two weeks now for my outdoor walks. After about a mile the pain in my feet is unbearable. While walking, pain feels similar to plantar fasciitis. After walking about 5-6 miles, feels like entire foot has shattered. Also cause really bad blisters on heels.

I was looking for a shoe w the comfort of the Bondi 8 style but without the exaggerated sole. But the uppers on this shoe weren't as comfortable or attractive as the Bondi 8, and I especially didn't like the rise at the heel which replaces the simple loop on the Bondi. Didn't like its look or feel.

I have high arch's and I'm on my feet over 12 hours a day. This product didn't specifically say what type of arch's it would support. I then spent over $100 on the shoes. Of which then lead to me getting plantar fasciitis. Don't buy this type of shoe if you have high or medium arch's.

Shoes were not comfortable. No give and felt hard.

The women's Clifton 9 new design is too high at the ankles and rubs the bottom of my ankles making it VERY uncomfortable. I will have to return them. I love the Clifton 8 and have like 6 pairs. I'm very disappointed that I will not be able to buy the Clifton 9 due to the higher ankle cut. :-(

I am so disappointed in Hoka so far and I wanted to love the brand. So far I've tried three models and cannot find a good fit for work shoes. These Cliftons squeeze my foot and feel like something is jabbing in to my arch. I had to take them off after four hours in to my work day ( I'm a hairdresser)

The fit is not right for me my feet and legs were painful within 2 hours

I returned them as they weren't comfortable at all, the pink pair from Fleet were more cushioned but still not comfortable

I LOVED the Clifton 8s. I'd bought three pairs. They were perfect and comfortable. The 9s are SO bad. The tongue digs into the top of my foot when laced and it is so painful. I thought they just needed some breaking in, but it's been a week and nope. Guess I'm stuck with these terrible expensive shoes because I already wore them and threw away the box (shouldn't have had so much faith in Hoka!).

I am a big Hoka fan and ran a marathon in the Clifton 8. The 9's are so disappointing. I feel like my ankle is about to snap. They're so uncomfortable and unstable. I don't know what they did to the tongue and back of these shoes but I will not be repurchasing.

I've been running & walking in Clifton's for years and was so disappointed with the latest model (the 9). It appears they lengthened the tongue/top of shoe to extend up your front ankle, but it causes severe pain. I thought I was going crazy until I put on my Clifton 8s on one foot and the 9s on the other and saw the drastic difference in the tongue/upper shoe. I tried them for multiple runs and walks to see if they just needed breaking in, but it never got better. Fortunately I was able to return them, and purchase last year's model (the 8s) instead.

The material was very thin and they were too wide but I did love the cushioned sole

My foot looks like it belongs on a Sasquatch. HUGE! And I do not have big feet. Is there no way to make these comfortable and still feminine, other than drowning them in pink? Just can't take it--going back.
