My second pair of Hoka Clifton 9s. Super comfortable, I wear them for walking, running, hiking, and daily wear. I even wore my old Clifton 9s every day while walking around NYC, 6 miles each day and my feet were super cozy. Someone in the city even stopped me to tell me they liked my Hokas. Can't go wrong if you like the style!

Felt true to size and true to width. Has exellent arch support

I’ve worn Bondis and they were great. These are even better! I am a big girl and need both cushion and support. Clifton’s have both. They make walking easier for this old gal.

Finally found a pair of tennis that work for my wide footed daughter! She says that they are super comfy and likes the stylish colors.

just felt a bit longer than a previous pair of Hoka's i have worn before, nice shoe and good construction just went with a smaller size

I love my Hoka sneakers, the most comfortable and light sneakers I’ve ever had.

I like the grey color. The shoe fits well, and us stylish. I shattered my ankle a year ago and have 4 plates with 20 screws and this is the most comfortable shoe I have now.

This is my first pair of Hoka’s. I held off on buying them for so long because of how expensive they are. I’m 30 and have Rheumatoid Arthritis, but I love being active and doing some type of exercise daily. My symptoms are particularly bad in my feet/toes, ankles, and knees. I have a really hard time finding sneakers that offer good support and reduce pain the way I need it to. I typically just grit through and deal with it. I’m truly blown away at how comfortable and supportive these Hoka sneakers are. They put all the Adidas sneakers I’ve bought over the years to shame. I feel like I’m walking on cloud and my feet and ankles are being snuggly hugged. I’m definitely a believer in the Hoka hype now and don’t think I can go back to wearing any other sneaker. I followed the “true fit” sizing guide on Hoka’s website and purchased a 1/2 size larger than normal and they fit perfectly. I highly recommend this sneaker and worth the price.

Feel like you're walking on a cloud, didn't need to "break them in" very comfy for walking around all day

Amazing shoe! It was so cushy, I had trouble walking with it! I love it, and I am now a HOKA aficionado. I understand why people love them.

Worked for me!

I had noticed the 'regular width' Clifton 9's were too narrow for me so I exchanged for a wide width - these are perfect. Love the fit, feel, and so comfortable for working out or as I travel a lot through airports; highly recommend these!

Excellent...finally, a walking shoe that feels good. :-)

These fit, but the heel cup is lower than the rest of the shoe and just doesn't work for my gait.

These shoes are really comfortable. I love the plush cushioning which puts a bounce in your step. I agree with other reviewers that this Hoka feels like they combined the original Clifton with the Bondi. The Clifton 9 definitely feels a lot roomier than the 8, but works well with a thick sock in the winter. I use it for both walking and light jogging.

Overall too large

Had a knee replacement 5 weeks ago. Put these on and it's like walking on air!

This is the first pair of Hokas I’ve had, and I LOVE THEM!!!! I had just purchased the Brooks Glycerin 21 in wisteria, and I love the way they feel on, but the color makes feel very self conscious. Don’t get me wrong, the color is beautiful, but as these shoes are for everyday, I feel a bit like a pastel clown. They’ll be saved for specific outfits and more of spring and summer. These Hokas, on the other hand, are ones I’ve had my eye on for some time. I finally went for it. The color combination is perfect, and they are so comfortable and make my feet feel very stable and like they’re being held. Can’t say enough good things. I got my normal size 7 and they fit perfectly!

I work 10-12 hour shifts on my feet and these are the only shoes that help get me through the day. I'm usually a size 7.5 and average width, but I bought these in a size 8 wide so my toes have more wiggle room.
