Looked great, had high hopes but were no more comfy than my Skecher D'lux Walker 2.0 slip ons. Also felt sung from top to bottom. Wide enough but not tall enough? Just don't love them. For the money, I can get 2 more pair of Skechers so that's probably what I will do. All the nurses and pharmacists where I work love Hokas but they are not for my foot.

The edge of the ankle piece on the shoe kept rubbing against my ankle, and I knew that would be sore.

I received my order thinking the color was more of a gray, but when I opened the box they were a baby blue. Not ugly, but I prefer a neutral color. Exchanging for the frost and hoping it’s more neutral. I will update my review as far as comfort, etc once I find a shoe I will keep.

Clifton 9 is larger than both 7 and 8. I don’t need a wide. The wide is way too long and wide.

Shoes hurt my feet. I've gotten a pair of HOKA Bondi 8 from you guys, and they were PERFECT. A bit more substantial than these shoes.

The shoes are great for comfort and fit but the color is not even close to the picture. It way too pink and not a pretty pink either. Debating whether or not to return. So disappointed. I thought maybe it was the wrong shoe but my granddaughter bought a pair from another retailer it is so ugly.

Looked too big and bulky on my feet, but comfortable when trying on. Did not purchase.

My only complaint about these is the color- online they look like a darker grey color. They are not. I'll be returning because I wanted a more neutral color and these don't work for me. They are very comfortable.

The color is more light Denin blue. I had expected light gray

Hurt my big toe on left shoe

shorter and narrower than other sneaker brands I've purchased in my usual size in the past. I had to return and purchased a different brand.

It is not my favorite shoe it was just ok.

These shoes are considerably wider than a standard B in the ball of the foot.

Looked like the toe box was much wider, but when I put them on the shoes were very tight in the toe area. It’s a nice shoe, just didn’t fit my foot.

I wanted to like these, fit great on my feet, but my heel kept slipping when I put in orthodics.

Disappointed. Even though customers said this shoe had lots of toe room, they do NOT. I formerly bought 2 prs of Hokas. One stretched out a lot (Speedgoat 5). The other was too small and got increasingly uncomfortable. KEENs have the widest toe of any shoes. I'll be trying their sneaker. Hokas are overpriced for what you get.

What I really wanted was the Bondi 8 but no one has them in stock. I even called Hoka directly and could not find out about Bondi 8's. They recommended I try the Clifton 9's but they are just not comfortable. It's hard for me to pinpoint exactly the difference but they just dont fit me well.

Disapointed. Many people recommended Hokas for their comfort and plantar fasciitis and I thought I would love them. Sadly, they are really narrow (I have narrow feet) and I even ordered a 1/2 size up because I like more room. The footbed was hard and painful - not soft or comfortable at all. I'll stick with my Asics Gel Nimbus.

Quality shoe material and fit for someone with a high arch. It just didn't offer the support I am looking for - for the price of the shoe.

I bought it because of great reviews for good arch support and cushion-type insole. Insole is hard to the point that after 20 min wearing them, my foot started to hurt. Nice color though.

Fit and size too big. I have this model already in same size and this new one doesn’t fit like the one I have.

More narrow than the Clifton 8. Really puts pressure on my smallest toe.

The structure/material of this Hoka Clifton 9 is very stiff. I bought 2 pairs of this shoe hoping they would be good for arthritic feet. The material has never soften. So decided to return this pair that has never been worn.

I really wanted to love these!! Unfortunately, they were not comfortable. At all. The rocking motion when walking was cool, but my feet were so relieved to have them off after only a few minutes.
