Feels a little too big. Maybe order 10.5 next time! Love the shoes. My foot pain is now very minimal. I have a broken foot from 2016. These shoes are a miracle to me! Thanks so much!

I have to agree with other reviews - I love the Clifton 8 more. The 9's have GREAT color options - which is fun. The fit has changed alot - I always wear a wide but in the 9 - it is SO much bigger in the front part of the shoe that I went down to regular. So for those of you with narrow feet - this will likely not be a winner. Overall - I'm always excited for new Hokas - this time - the excitement is really around the colors, not the style changes or fit of this shoe. It's still comfortable but not the perfection of it's predecessor.

Let me start by saying I love Hoka and ONLY wear Hoka. I wear the Rincon for every day walking but use the Clifton 8 for running and racing. Was so excited when the Clifton 9 came out. I wore them once and noticed the ball of my foot was burning, too much movement in the toe box. I usually wear a wide so I figured maybe I would try the regular...too narrow. I decided to try another run in the 9. When I got home (5 miles) I had a blister between my big toe and 2nd toe. My sister also wears Clifton 8 to run. She got a massive blister between her 2nd and 3rd toe. Problem is the toe box is too wide and my feet slip around too much...trying the regular width did not help. I packed them up and sent them back and ordered 2 pair of Clifton 8.

I run for recreation. These shoes are light and easy to run in.

I had to size up after getting a new orthotic from my podiatrist. THE fit was even more perfect! The style isn't so "clownish" like the other style I usually get. This is wide, but not monstrously WIDE. I also love the hint of tannish-bronze on its side against the black color.

My friend picked these up for me so I had no way to try them on. I based my size on a pair of ASICS I own but the Hokas r a half size too big, altho comfortable. She didn't keep the shoe box so I have no way to exchange for a smaller size..bummer.

I'm not a runner but I have been traveling a lot and do a lot of walking. These have worked great since the first day I put them on. My feet are very comfortable.

I love Hoka! It was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon several years ago. It was so comfortable, however, the Clifton 9 is not as great as the old ones. These do not have the rocker motion that I so loved.

Love the roomy toe and cushioning. Glad there was a color that wasn't too loud for travel in Europe.

This style is narrow and firm. Will be trying a different style.

I bought these because I needed good arch support and extra width. Bonus points for the stability. Knee pain was cut in half after my first long walk.

I honestly want to love these shoes, but the truth is my feet hurt so bad when I wear them. My husband told me I need to break them in its been 3 weeks and no change. I recommend doing your research because I just brought the wrong pair.

I really like this shoe. It has a lot of padding and feels very comfortable on my runs.

I like that it is light and gives me good support. I am on my feet quite a lot and I can go the whole day without problems.

I bought a size 9 online, and was sent a 9 wide. I sent them back and bought the correct size at a local tennis shoe shop. Love them for my 12 hour shifts. Feels like I'm walking on clouds and they fit great!

I'm basically just a walker but have terrible feet and these help my feet to not hurt.

I bought this shoe for walking. Normally,I would wear a size 8 wide but had to exchange for a 7.5 regular width. Although these are very lightweight and "plush", they are not as comfortable as the Bondi. The Bondi just feels more comfortable all around for me.

I have other Hokas but the Clifton 9 is the best. I normally buy shoes in Wide but the Clifton 9 don't come in Wide. I tried them anyways and they fit perfectly. Lots of room in the toes and so comfortable.
