LOVE this Clifton 9. Most comfortable Hoka I've ever worn. Use it for my daily 30 to 45 minute walks. Wish the color were a more solid black rather than having the shiny light black lines on it, but not a big deal.

I've been wanting to try Hokas for a long time. I have plantar fasciitis and tarpel tunnel in both my feet. These shoes feel great on! There is much cushioning in the front of the shoe which feels great! After wearing them all day though, my heels did feel a bit of pain. That is why I gave it only 4 stars. Over all though, I do love them!

this model has a different back- more of a V shape and not as comfortable

I've been running in HOKAs for many years. I've tried others but always come back to HOKA. They give me the support and cushioning I need. I didn't give it a full 5-star rating because I wish the Clifton and Arahi came in better colors.

These shoes in pink are so cute! They are super comfy and feel like you're walking on clouds. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love these shoes. I am a beginner runner and wearing this has not only boosted my confidence, but I can actually feel the improvement in my abilities thanks to these shoes. They seriously feel like running on a cloud!

I finally wore my Clifton 7's totally out and got the new 9's. So lightweight. Great blend of plush and support. I take Zumba in these and they fly. Eye catching styling on this new model as well. Love them!

If you're deciding between On Cloud and Hoka this is your sign to get Hoka. They are a better quality shoe, coming from someone who has both. Way more comfortable and lasts longer in better condition.

It's comfortable right off the get go as with most Hokas but the cushioning doesn't seem quite as good as previous Clifton's. I will probably go to my local store to pick up some earlier versions.

I always wear a 9, the toe box was smaller with my orthotics so I exchanged for a 9 wide! Not comfortable at all! To big yet rub my little toe! Tried to exchange but was not allowed! I would rather have Clifton 8. I love Hoka Clifton and will continue to buy but the Clifton 9 is just not for me!

I tried the Clifton 8's and had to return them because my foot just didn't feel right in them - tried the Clifton 9's because one of the color ways matched my scrubs and I feel like I am walking on scrubs. My sciatica isn't acting up at the end of a long day which is amazing too! Only thing I've learned with Hoka is to size down a half size!

Purchased to wear for walking and work. I stand for 8+ hours during work. Within 2 hours the pain in my foot bones was terrible. I purchased three pairs of different shoes and wanted any or all of them to be my new shoe/shoes. I love the colors, but have NEVER had so much pain from a shoe.

I had been waiting to try a pair of Hokas for a long time. Would have bought the Clifton 8 if I had liked any colors. Finally got some cute colors with the Clifton 9 and I immediately purchased. Unfortunately I found them to have a lot less support and cushioning than I had been expecting. Super disappointed.

I had never purchased Clifton's prior to this, but the dusty pink spoke to me and I answered. The color is just as shown in the picture and is neutral enough to pair with many outfits. In terms of fit the shoe was a little big compared to my same size in the arahi. I save these for when my feet are already swollen or just need a little wiggle room. Overall very happy though!

These shoes were super soft. But the toe box was way too big . Returned them.

Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the update. 9 is wider, extra cushion, fits my foot so differently beware, however i do know some ppl like it

I personally love the Clifton style because the front of the shoe isn't too wide on my feet! I also like the material better than some other Hoka styles. I wear a 7 in Hokas but I wear a 7.5 in nike for reference.

Feels a little too big. Maybe order 10.5 next time! Love the shoes. My foot pain is now very minimal. I have a broken foot from 2016. These shoes are a miracle to me! Thanks so much!

I have to agree with other reviews - I love the Clifton 8 more. The 9's have GREAT color options - which is fun. The fit has changed alot - I always wear a wide but in the 9 - it is SO much bigger in the front part of the shoe that I went down to regular. So for those of you with narrow feet - this will likely not be a winner. Overall - I'm always excited for new Hokas - this time - the excitement is really around the colors, not the style changes or fit of this shoe. It's still comfortable but not the perfection of it's predecessor.

Let me start by saying I love Hoka and ONLY wear Hoka. I wear the Rincon for every day walking but use the Clifton 8 for running and racing. Was so excited when the Clifton 9 came out. I wore them once and noticed the ball of my foot was burning, too much movement in the toe box. I usually wear a wide so I figured maybe I would try the regular...too narrow. I decided to try another run in the 9. When I got home (5 miles) I had a blister between my big toe and 2nd toe. My sister also wears Clifton 8 to run. She got a massive blister between her 2nd and 3rd toe. Problem is the toe box is too wide and my feet slip around too much...trying the regular width did not help. I packed them up and sent them back and ordered 2 pair of Clifton 8.

I run for recreation. These shoes are light and easy to run in.

I love them. So much cushion and so comfortable. Love the new colors
