This is my third pair and I really like how light they are on my feet. Perfect for tread running and walking.

Love the fit overall. I went by recommendations and went up a half size and I don't think that was necessary, extremely roomy in toe area.

I'm 61 and needed a good shoe for fast walking. The shoe is light and fits like a glove.

The Clifton 9, toe box too pointy. Scrunches my toes.
Liked the Clifton 7, fit the best.
The 8 was ok but the overall shoe is wider.
Fit of the 9 totally changed. Still like the cushion.
The Clifton 9, feel to big where the front part of the foot is, but too scrunched and tight in the toe, pointy.
Still love Hoka's but wish the design wouldn't change every year. I have bought Hoka's for years. Have owned Stitson, Challenger, Clifton 5,6, 7, 8, and now 9. Sky Toa.

I have very flat feet & I walk over 10,000 steps a day. I have had a lot of problems & pain with my feet & ankles. I had 3D custom orthodics made. I love that I can easily pull out the insoles on Hokas, to wear my orthodics (if needed). When I got this style, the insoles felt so good that I decided to try wearing them without my orthodics. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get through a whole day of walking & not be in tremendous pain when I got home. Absolutely love these Hokas!

I've been using the shoes for 5 days already and notice that I don't get the calf pain I used to get after a 12hr shift. I'm so amazed However, the original style that I really want is eggnog&pink one but it's not available.

I needed excellent long standing/walking shoes. I have sciatica injuries, both knees are bone on bone, and a torn meniscus in rt. knee.
My 1st pair I went to a store and the lady helping told me I was a 7 wide and the shoes are pillows for my feet. Shoes wear in, stretch and unfortunately these did the same so I now have to wear thick socks with them.
I decided to order a regular 7 and see if they'd fit better. So far, they are a bit tight and a lil too long. Not really sure what to do now. See if the shoes stretch a bit and feel better? Order a 6 1/2 wide.? It's frustrating to have to order, buy, try, return one shoe after another. As I can't buy 4 sizes at once to test them out and return the rest.

This shoes make me feel as if I'm walking on air, I love how comfortable my feet feel. I bought this pair for work because I'm on my feet all day and since I've been using them my feel feel better at the end of the day. I will buy another pair for work outs

Clifton 8 seems more comfortable than Clifton 9.
Maybe I need to wear them more for adjustments
Clifton 9 is more snug

My friend recommended these and I'm glad she did. I need them for an upcoming trip where I will be doing a lot of walking. I previously had foot surgery and a few months ago had a knee replacement. Since I received them II have been wearing them, no problem with "breaking" them in. My foot and knee have not complained at all. I think I found just what I was hoping for.

The Bondi 7 had the cushion AND upper width I needed. THE Bondi 8 flopped its wide width was narrow in the upper with an incongruously wide sole. The Clifton 9 is wide enough but not as comfortable walking as the Bondi 7. HOKA doesn't seem to listen to reviews. I chatted with a person and voiced my concerns, which I read are not unique. And when you do offer a women's wide, it is often available in bizarre colors only in the wide width. And again, not the cushion of the Bondi 7.

Best sneakers ever! Feel like heaven on my feet. Highly recommend. I bought a second pair of the Clifton 9s within a week of trying the first pair. Love these sneakers, will never go back to any other brand.

I have severe neuropathy and have tried a number of tennis shoes o we the past few years. The HOKA Clifton is the most comfortable for long wear by far. I also have 2 pair of HOKA slides and am looking at a third pair for summer. They are also the lost comfortable slides I've worn.

Loved my first hoka 8 before the change in arch. Had so much cushion for my heel pad syndrome and heel spur. Wish and hope they bring back the maximum cushion in the clifton 9. So many of us with feet problems need it and no other shoe has .. Hopefully someone will read this.

I'm having a problem with my left foot. Not sure if it's the shoe or it's my foot. The right foot has no problem at all. So that's the only reason why I gave it a four. But I'm quite sure I'm going to keep them because I really do like them just worried about my left foot.

It feels like walking on pillows which helps to prevent leg pain when considering walking around the city on very hard pavement. Overall great quality and look!
I got 7.5 Wide size. I wish they make in extra wide (for my mom).

The product is great, but runs big and wide. I ordered size 7 regular and it is very roomy in the tow area and slips in the heel. I typically wear size 7 regular.
