I had a pair of Hoka Bondi 8's which were absolutely amazing from the first time I wore them. I wasn't crazy about the thickness of the sole so I figured I would stick with Hoka but try a different style. Well boy was I wrong. I have tried several times to wear these shoes (Clifton 9) around the house, walking my dog and to work. I only wore them once to work for a 12 hour shift and what a mistake. My feet ached the whole 12 hours. I am very disappointed.

Wide shoes are not wide. They are overpriced for what you get.

They are ver comfortable great for working all day.

I purchased these and am extremely happy with the purchase. I use them for walking primarily. I ordered the black with white letters.

This will be my granddaughter's 3rd pair. She has worn 2 pair in 4 years of college. Wore them everyday walking to class. I bought her a new pair for graduation.

I never buy shoes online without trying them on someplace first, but took a chance on the Hoka Clifton 9 and wow, it certainly lived up to my highest expectations! Absolutely perfect fit, and super comfortable right out of the box. And I'm very hard to fit, so it's pretty awesome. I have very high arches and issues with my forefoot, and these shoes are exactly what I needed for comfort and support. Thank you, Hoka!

Love them but I do have to trade out the insole for a different one. I don't care for the insole in the shoe.

The comfort, stability and overall feel of my new Hokas are truly amazing! They fit so well and feel like they add a new bounce in my step. These shoes are as good as the reviews describe.

Clifton 8 was the best shoe I ever had until I tried the Clifton 9. The Clifton 9 is lighter and feels great on my daily walks. Clifton 9 is more roomy that the 8. I had to get a wide size for the 8, so I did for the 9, but actually I could have gotten the standard size and would have been fine. If you are looking for a shoe to wear everyday that is comfortable all day long, this is the way to go.

Due to me noticing my left foot overpronating, l had to return my favorite shoes until l can get some more workable inserts. As of this writing, l've already visited my podiatrist & he said they may have been to cushiony for me. I will try them again when my new inserts come in 6-8 wks.

I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes keep my foot pain away. I wish they came in dress shoes and sandals!

Feels good after long day on my feet. Wake up without the usual fasciitis. Good product but too expensive. Hoping they last long enough to justify the cost.

The best parts of the shoe, is the ease to put on- it almost has the feel of a built in shoehorn. The bottoms are extremely light and cushioned. I have worn Asics Gel Kayano shoes for almost 20 years as a long time runner. Now I mostly walk after running for 35 years, but the Hoka Clifton 9 are the best shoes I have found. Everyone who is a walker/ runner should give them a try. I walk the Santa Monica mountains in these shoes and they are great on hills.

Takes the shock from the knees and makes it easier to walk.

I work in Healthcare. I'm on my feet a solid 10-12hrs/day. Admittedly, I'm beat at the end of the day but my feet don't hurt as much, if at all with these shoes. When I get home, I put on the Orca Recovery shoes and my feet fell better by time it's time to go to bed.

I've been purchasing HOKA tennis shoes for over 10 years now since my physician recommended them to me when I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. They've made such a difference for me and I've not had a recurrence of plantar fasciitis since I started wearing them.

Bought this for my granddaughter for nursing she loves them.

Love everything about the shoe except the sizing. Bought the same size as my last 2 Hokas but this shoes runs larger.

I made the mistake of ordering a half size up, based on the size finder and it was too big. I ordered my regular size and the fit is perfect! This is my first pair of Hokas, so hopefully they are going to be my future go-to sneaker, since I have knee discomfort and I've read many reviews that were positive and I hope to have the same experience! My only complaint is the return process seems on the slow side, I mailed the first pair I got that was the incorrect size and I'm still waiting for my credit, despite already ordering the correct size and receiving it quickly. Returns should be as quick as purchase, imho.

I work 12 hour shifts. These shoes have been great. My Hokas have provided the support I need.

So comfortable and stylish! Need a different color!

My sneakers are very comfortable. The heel provides great cushion and support. I deal with fluid retention and the wide width is true. If I have a slight negative it would be that the shortest is a tab bit heavy but not a deal breaker.

These run big. I wish I had gotten a half size smaller but they are incredibly comfortable. I have a knee injury and a heel spur and haven't been going for walks until I got these shoes. I'm now able to walk An hour every morning.
