Wasn't sure I was going to try these after owning two pairs of the previous model, but I'm so glad I did. They're even better with the new modifications (more cushion/distributed different and the higher backing on the heel). I LOVE the all white color as well it's perfect with every outfit!

I have been wearing Cliftons for several years now. I received the Clifton 9's and they have changed. I need a wide toe box and it the toe box is now more stiff and seems narrow. The whole shoe seems stiffer. I wish the old design would come back. I am very sad. I had to send them back. They hurt my foot.

I can still feel my toes at the end of the day. My feet used to be numb by the end of the day.. have recommended to 2 other people and they have placed their orders already..

Once I learned that these run a 1/2 size smaller my feet are so comfortable - I'm usually a size 8.5 but with the Cliftons I'm an 8 - hard to say "True to size when it's a size smaller than I wear but they don't give that option in the sizing response

Love the HOKA brand!!! HOKA's are the only brand of athletic shoes I wear. I have flat arch/feet and other foot, knee issues and HOKA's are the only athletic shoes that feel great on my foot and give me the support that I need. Love my HOKA's, glad I found and started wearing them!!!

I bought these for my daughter who is a server/floor manager at a bar/restaurant. She is on her feet for her whole shift. She has tried many other brands but said the Hokas were the best.

Love how these Hoka's feel. Perfect for speed walking. Very comfortable.

I was loyal to another brand but my workouts have progressed past the comfort they could provide. Hoka has allowed me to continue the forward progress. Thank You!

To walk the dog, to go to the stores and Pilates and to walk in the house. A podiatrist told me to buy HOKA. He told me that I have a high arch and I purchased an insert from him. He told me to add it to the HOKA shoe which I did. My original problem was that I do not have enough padding on the toes and ball or the foot areas. These shoes do not help my problem. These parts of my feet still hurt and get inflamed when I wear the Hokas for more than 2 hours.

I love my Hokas.. I now have my daughter wearing them too.

I wanted to give these a 5 star so badly . I am an 8.5 in sneakers I have 2 other style and they for fine . The Clifton 9 is running big and is not the same for as my others . Still love the brand but the Clifton 9

I wanted to like these shoes, but the first day I wore them I got a sharp pain in the side of my foot. I rested it and wore my other shoes the rest of the week. The next week I tried to wear my Hokas again and within an hour I had to take them off. Sorry, these are not the shoes for me.

Thick cushion that protects my feet - love it !

I'm hard on my shoes and when I need to replace them, Hoka is my go-to brand. These are the best for comfort I can find, considering I have extremely flat feet; so flat, I still have to add an insert. I gave 4 stars, rather than 5, because they have such a huge "footprint." (No pun intended.) I feel like my feet appear to be larger than life. They are worth it, however, and I do like the more neutral colors Hoka has come up with.

I bought these for a trip to NYC and they were fantastic as I walked everywhere! I was pretty amazed at how well my feet and legs felt, and was very thankful for these shoes.

Super comfortable

I am enjoying the comfort of my new shoes, easing my foot pain considerably. Love the color . After walk around SoHo and New York City I developed a huge blister! On the outer side of my heel!

Will continue to buy Hokas - have had many foot issues the last few years, & teaching all day on my feet requires support! My podiatrist is happy with them, too.

I talk to so many people about Hokas. It's like a club! All the nurses wear them!

I fell in love with the Clifton 7. The Clifton 9 doesn't cradle my foot in the same fashion however it's still a very good shoe.

Why change the Clifton model!!! Clifton 9 are so bad, my feet felt so unstable. I had to return my shoes :( I buy at least two hokas a year but now I can't enjoy these shoes. Models 7,8 were perfect. Anyways, if anyone sees this and relates, I tried ON cloud runner and they're pretty good. I'll wait to see if Clifton 10 is more similar to 7&8 but for now I'll keep looking for the perfect shoe.
