I ordered a pair for my wife and she was really happy with the quality and comfort level of the shoes. The only problem was with the shipping. We were having issues about package theft in our mailroom so I made it a point to just have it delivered to a nearby UPS pick up point. However, when the notice of shipment was emailed,the delivery address still showed our mailing address. It took a while and a lot of phone calls just to be able to fix the problem. I just hope it won't happen again should I decide to order for myself.

comfort for wide feet

It's like walking in a cloud.

I've had these shoes for under a month. I've worn them maybe 8-10 times. The treads just peal off of the bottom. Disappointed.

I appreciate the convenience of online shopping but would prefer to shop my local family owned running store.

The heel part of the shoe is too loose!

My first pair of running shoes & I love them they're so comfy & the color is gorg!! I'm usually a size 6 & went up half a size cause I have a wide foot & they fit perfect!

Stable shoe that really aids older ankle issues. Wish they lasted longer, active walker averaging 4+ miles every day.

Tried Nike, asics, footjoy even ortho feet...none compare to these Clifton 9s!

This new, softer style hurts my legs and makes my feet swell after just a short 1.5 mile gentle walk. NOT what I expected as a long term customer that HAD been giving rave reviews to perfect strangers. The cushion is so soft on the Clifton, it feels like one stepped thru a cloud merely to pound the pavement in bare feet! Why bother with shoes?? Before buying this pair, I had heard bad feedback at my local store and from fellow Hoka fans, but I decided to see for myself Honestly, if I could get a refund, I would buy BROOKS INSTEAD. I strongly suggest Hoka switch it up FAST to retain customers not already won over by competitors!

I work many hours standing up and walking, this shoes are so comfortable!

Great shoes for treadmill walking!

This is exactly what I need.a comfortable and supportive shoe. I have numerous HOKA shoes and refuse to wear any other brand. My orthopedic surgeon recommended HOKA a fee years ago. I have trouble throwing the old ones away so they become my "yard work" shoes. Um, I have no problem buying new HOKA shoes I have noticed so many more people wearing HOKA shoes locally.

I surprisingly needed a wide in this shoe, I normally wear a regular size 10. However, buying the wide, because I need the room in the toe box, the heal area is too loose. Other than that issue it's a very comfortable shoe, just wish it wouldn't slide off my heal, and I can't just tie it tighter because I have neuropathy and that just makes my feet go numb.

My second pair of these. So comfortable, great for my wide feet, no pinching. Worth every penny. And I love the colors.

I am a nurse so I'm on my feet all day, lots of walking. I have plantar fasciitis and the Hoka made made a huge difference!!! I have no backache, no feet pain, no swelling!! I am definitely a huge fan of Hoka. My podiatrist also recommended I use Hoka

Went to DC last weekend and did the museum crawl. Walked on air the entire time! Only regret is that I wish I would have ordered them before for my walk in the NYC P.R. Parade! Next year I'll be sporting a new pair for it.

Very comfortable for walking on the pavement and treadmill. I love the wide toe-box. No break-in period needed

I hate taking these shoes off. They feel so good!

I didn't have to have a break- in period/ they were right the moment I put them on.

I have planter fasciitis and these shoes are bringing relief! I'm able to walk a few miles in them with almost no pain.
