Super comfy. Unfortunately I had to return because I am very wide in the toebox and this toebox is a little bit too narrow for me. Otherwise great shoe

I am a 100 pound HS cross country runner and I only ran in these shoes for less than 2 months for training runs. The bottom of them fell apart. These shoes are comfortable but are not very durable.

I purchased Cliffton 9 women. True to size. My size is WIDE 6.5. I am happy that HOKA carries wide size. Very happy with my purchase! I wear this whole day walking from morning till evening and my feet do not hear a single second! Will buy this again.

I have wide feet and this shoe fit me well and was comfortable during a day full of clinicals. I got the wide size.

So about 2 months with the new Hoka Clifton 9, women's size 11. Well I only wear these at work and I leave them in my locker at work. They were great for the first month and maybe a half, but it's like my cushion has decreased.
I walk and work on concrete all day so at least 8 hours of hammering on them, so I'm losing the cushion I needed in the beginning.
Other than that, good overall.

So disappointed in the Clifton 9. Looks great but toe box is narrower and not as flexible as the Clifton 8. this is a big problem for me due to bunions. The cushioning is not as soft as the old Cliftons. Will have to find a new shoe after loving the Cliftons for years.

I'm an overnight stocker which requires me to stand, walk, bend lift and pull 8hrs straight 40 hrs a week and these shoes have brought the comfort and support I badly needed. Very happy with these shoes.

Obsessed with these shoes!! Use them everyday for walking around the neighborhood and running errands. I'm overcoming a severe low back injury/ herniated disc so my body is very very sensitive to poor fitting shoes as my sciatica flares up usually after 5-10 min wearing uncomfortable shoes. These pup pups are heaven sent and I can walk around on concrete for hours with no pain. The extra "snap" road running detail that helps roll your foot forward for heal strikers is also amazing. I feel like I'm floating on clouds. Hoka does not disappoint.

These were really comfortable and I wanted to love them but after going on a could have walks in them they started to hurt my arches. They were good for shorter bouts but after about 2 miles, they started hurting.

Your customer service is awful. I have sent 2 text messages, 1 email and attempted to call on the phone only to get recordings and no live person.
How does one make contact with you if the problem does not fit the recorded choices?
This probably won't get any response either.

Perhaps I'm a fan of the cushioned hokas of a bygone era. The Bondi 6s/7s and Clifton 8s were revolutionary for me but the Bondi 8s and now the Clifton 9s don't seem to have the same sort of cushion/feeling under foot as the previous models. Still a big fan of this brand and I'm currently loving the Mach X and my recovery slides.

I've finally found a shoe that made a difference actually vs. just saying it will. I've bought so many shoes that would not give me the support I needed. I'm 350+ lbs and my shoes in the past needed insoles to feel comfortable. But as soon as I put these on I instantly felt the cushion difference. The impact to my knees when I walk is virtually nothing. I have a knee injury. Usually when I first start walking I'm aching on knees and legs. But these shoes minimize those sensations. I don't know how they're doing it but I can feel stronger steps after #3 vs. taking a while to gain stability and strength in those first steps. I will never buy another shoe brand ever again. I will Always spend my money on Hoka.

Been wearing Clifton 8 for the past 2-3 years and ordered the same size in Clifton 9. The sizing is very different than Clifton 8. I exchanged the Clifton 9 for a smaller size and it is too large also. I would like to return this pair and return to my Clifton 8.

I have a long history of foot problems including heel spurs, PF, multiple high ankle sprains, and most recently ankle surgery. I went thru dozens of different companies for shoes and finally found my perfect match in the Clifton 7s. I am an OR nurse and am on my feet ALL day. My pain was completely resolved with the 7s, 8s were tolerable.
These 9s aren't even recognizable. They aren't as supportive, they wore so quickly, and I am back to being afraid to try any other shoe.
Bring back the old versions! These imposters are a no.

This size 10 was a lot bigger than my previous Clifton purchases and when I went for a run it proved to be a lot different too. The side of my foot has not stopped aching and I won't be wearing these again.

I read an article that these and the Bondi would be right for the problems I have with my feet. These feel VERY different from the Bondi. Clifton is not the right choice if you are needing a lot of support from the rocker bottom. Clifton has less arch support and overall feels wider to me ( I wear 12M). I would choose Brooks Ghost over these.
