I was so excited for my first pair of Hokas and they were amazing and comfy the entire week I walked in them. The first time I ran in them I got extreme foot pain post run, I tried to break them in three more times and the pain began again within a mile into each run. The 4th attempt I thought I finally broke them in but the foot pain came 24 hours post run and is still here. I've been a runner my entire life and never experienced foot pain from a shoe. Very disappointed as I wanted to make a full jump to Hokas as my running shoe but I can't recommend them and am now worried about my foot.

I work in a clinic as an R.N. I'm on my feet half the day, and a lot of my movement is sharp turns, moving back and forth, and really just using all parts of my feet for balance and movement. My hips aren't tight, my hamstrings aren't cramping, and I haven't had any arch pain since wearing them. They're great. I do wish stores would sell 10.5. I initially bought an 11 from a box store just to have something. With the 10.5 purchase, the shoes work just as well.

Product color and style were as pictured. The item was a gift and the recipient was very happy to receive it.

To be honest I bought the wrong shoe. I had a pair of black Rincon that I haven't wear in a while. Since I have bought many Clifton through the years, I ordered the Clifton, instead of the Rincon. The Clifton is more bulky. I ran with it and it was on the heavy side. I thought of returning it, but keeping it. I don't like this black color, is more like a gray. If you are buying to use for walk or hang out, it doesn't look that great with regular clothes. I'm keeping it and see how it goes with running. The support is very good. If you don't care about colors, you would like it, but it's a very ugly shoe. I don't care about that when I used to race, now I do, specially since I used it to for everyday used, the Boston way. You don't need to size up for extra space for running. I wear a thick insole (2 inside a matter of fact) and it's just fine. The Rincon on the other hand had a beautiful black exterior & white sole shoe, and I hope that Hoka brings back the true black color for the Clifton. It just looks tacky, a gray passing as a black color with enormous letters of HOKA. There is black mixed with the gray.

I really wanted to like these shoes but wow the amount of blisters i have put my feet through is insane. I have even changed up my socks. I get blisters on the sides of my feet and the top of my toes. It even created one of my toenails to be ripped off. Just disappointing

These sneakers are very comfortable they are a bit wide but it didn't hurt to wear them. Loved the color looking forward to purchasing more.

I'm have always been a Nike girl till this shoe. It is like walking on a slice of heaven. I got them for a part time job in which I was walking non stop!. I could actually get off of work after being on my feet all day long, and go run errands.

Love, love, wish I had bought one sooner. I soon as I put my feet in. It felt like home.

I have struggled my entire life trying to find the perfect shoe for my sizing & lifestyle. On a whim I orders my first pair of Hokas. Mind blown! I have. Ever felt so comfortable in a shoe. My job has us sitting and standing off and on 12-16 hrs a day. At the end of the day, my legs and feet are usually sore and tired. Not with the Hokas though! Thank you!

I'm finding my new Hokas are very comfortable for standing. I bought them for walking a few miles a day and have learned they hurt my toes after walking more than a mile or so, just like my ASICS did. Really wanted that to stop with the purchase of a more expensive, "quality" shoe that had great reviews. Might just be the way I walk.

Since is my first purchase my next purchase I will go one size smaller

My boyfriend had recommended Hoka's because he said a lot of nurses wear them (walking/standing). And I work in the restaurant industry so I do constant walking and I even had a lot of pain in my feet that eventually went up my leg and my hip. But I gave these sneakers a chance and when I tell you how LIGHT they are? They are as light as styrofoam. And the coolest thing is that the front part of the shoe is curved upwards so it feels effortless to walk. The soles are super comfortable and there wasn't much "breaking in" that I had to do. Comfortable from the start! I had to buy all black due to working at the restaurant but I'm honestly so down to buy the white ones that are prettier for every day wear. Love it! Thank you, Hoka!

Finally after doing my research and talking to others who have a pair of Hoka's. I purchased my first pair, got the Clifton 9. I am an avid walker 2-5 miles a daythese tennis shoes are so comfortable, they hug my foot and feel like I am walking on clouds! Will definitely purchase another pair!

My Daughter works in the medical field and spends a lot of her time on her feet in the hospitals. She needed good shoes to keep her comfortable without foot pain. These are her favorite shoes and color so as long as she's happy I'm happy!!!!!!

Over the last 3 years I have purchased 7 pairs of Hokas! The purchase of these, my 7th pair is a reminder of why I love them so much! They are so light, I can take them from the gym to work (I'm a nurse), when I'm traveling and of course whenever I'm just running around doing errands. I LOVE these shoes ...HOKA fan for life!
