Bought these to walk in Mardi Gras parades with my son. 8 to be exact. In previous years I barely made 5. But with these I was able to walk them all. Very comfortable. My only complaint was I bought them a little to big due to having buying previous shoes a half size bigger to fit. Overall they were perfect.

I've had my Clifton 9's for about 4 1/2 months and enjoyed running in them but I'm seriously unimpressed by how the soles have worn down in that time. I run/walk 3-4 times per week, average about 4-5 km each run. The rubbish outsole is wearing off quickly and in many places is down to the foam. When I run the rubber outsole that is wearing off flaps around. The foam is starting to wear down and in places it is very smooth. For an expensive pair of runners you would expect them to last a lot longer and not show premature wear on the soles. I have photos of soles at 3 months use. 4 months use and today 4 1/2 months use showing the continued deterioration of the soles. I have contacted HOKA NZ THREE TIMES about the quality of soles and each time they have declined to do anything stating that it's normal wear and tear! This is obviously not normal wear and tear. The soles should be in a lot better condition for the limited amount of running that I do. Extremely unimpressed with response from HOKA NZ. I would not touch this brand again due to lack of quality and customer service. I tried to upload the 3 photos for this review but it wouldn't work

First pair and just have to say, I've already purchased a second pair. Hoka shoes just may end up being my new guilty pleasure.

I have various issues with my feet such as arthritis, calloused from bone spurs etc. These shoes make going for walks possible. I heard about Hoka shoes from my podiatrist . Since then I've noticed a lot of people wearing them, including nurses.

I exercise regularly, but wasn't able to do so for a while because of a bad knee. These shoes are a came changer! They feel great when you have them on. They absorb the shocks of every step you take. For the first time I a few month, I went running again, it was felt amazing. I absolutely do not regret purchasing them.

I am so happy with them, but will need to return. According to their sizing chart, I am a size 9. However, I just tried them on today and they are a half size too large.

I like my Dansko walking shoes and my Skechers better. HOKA shoes made my feet sweat much more, and were less breathable.

This is my third pair of Hoka sneakers. I broke my ankle last year and needed good orthopedic sneakers. I have an orange and purple pair, but needed a black one to help me blend in with more outfits. Orthopedic sneakers are a bit tight at first. But after you break them in (give it a few days) its the best shoes to wear for support. The shoes are stylish and so comfortable. Very happy with my third purchase!

I like the Clifton shoe better than the Bondi, for walking. The flexibility is great. And this new color is eye catching as I received two compliments the first time I wore them!

I feel like I'm walking on clouds.

These are my first pair of Hokas. I worn these mostly for treadmill miles since it is winter in New England. But looking forward to running with these on the road soon. Overall they are comfortable. I just wish the heels fit more tightly. I tie my laces to lock the heel down but then it puts a lot of pressure across the top of my foot. Nothing too bad but would probably get 5 stars if they fixed that.

Ordered Clifton 9 & the arrived in 3 days, took them out of the box & put them on, love love love them!!! People stop me & ask where did you get those awesome shoes?

I am so pleased with the Clifton style Hoka. The shoes are so comfortable . My feet and legs told Me thank you.

I want to make a note of something to look out for. I bought Clifton 9 and they are great: comfy, lightweight and attractive. Recently a little piece of the bottom sole close to the front toes started flapping. It ripped a bit more each time I wore them and today, an entire piece ripped off the bottom sole! I'm a bit disappointed as I love these and they are not cheap. Not sure if to buy this line again.
