I loved these snickers when I saw them! But a year later, after having only wear them 4 times, they discolored. The white parts turned pink and it doesn't look cute. Since it was after the year warranty, customer service couldn't do anything. The shoe is very comfortable and cute, I just hate that this happened so if you're considering buying, just have that in mind because I didn't know.

I've been buying Hoka speed goats for several years in 7 wide. When the speed goat 6 came out, the 7 wide was a lot narrower that the 5's. Had to size up to 7.5 wide, slips off the heel a little but doable. I need room in the toe box and these shoes were the most comfortable I've ever worn. However, they didn't last too long as a lot of my walking/hiking is on pavement. Went to road runner sports, tried the 7 wide cliftons, too tight. Tried the 7.5, wide, still snug. Decided to order the transports online. 7.5 wide. narrower than the cliftons or speed goats. I don't know if Hoka is having their shoes made somewhere else the last couple of years where they have super narrow feet and a wide to them is just regular width? Super disappointed and will now have to look for my new favorite wide width brand.

I've purchased many different name brands of tennies over the years. Always in search of a box fit that would not irritate the throbbing corn on my pinkie toe.
My first Hoka purchase were the Challenger 7. These were very comfortable for walks and the wide width is great! I then purchased a pair of the Gaviota 5. These are AMAZING I must say. I wore them so much I wanted to try a more casual looking shoe not an athletic shoe.
I really liked the style of the Transport and ordered them in a 9 wide. They were delivered yesterday and I wore them out last night and uh, super disappointed. Well, I'll start with the positives. They are stable enough for long walks, the toggle laces are easy to adjust, and I really appreciated the sustainability of the resources used in making these shoes.
Now the negative. The shoe box is not wide as promised. I broke my right ankle years ago and that foot has become wider over the years. As a result, I've developed this corn on my pinkie toe that is extremely sensitive. Once I put the shoes on last night, I just knew maybe these aren't going to work after all. But I figured both other styles of my Hokas are great. Well, by the end of the night, my corn was sending it's angry pulses when my shoes are too tight. I'm super bummed out. Nice try though....

This is my first pair of Hoka shoes. I am not as impressed as I should be. My feet are getting corns, and hurt after my 4 mile walk. A lot disappointed!

With all the buzz about this brand, I decided to give it a try. I do not wear wide shoes so the normal width should have been fine but they weren't. They are only wearable with thin socks. Considering the price point the shoes should not have disappointed.

Comparing to Bondi 7 & 8
Good: The mid-section of the shoe is not as wide so it doesn't look like a clown shoe. I like the "waterproofed" fabric so, presumably, they won't suck up rain and moisture and perhaps will not be as cold in the winter. I like the "easy ties."
Bad: Stiff. Not at all the "cushy feel" I like on the Bondi.

Compared to the Bondi 8, this shoe fits a lot more narrowly and snugly. I normally wear 8.5 or 9. I tried this in 8.5 regular and 9 wide. Both times, it was very tight. I had to return/exchange both times.

I returned these and bought my second pair of Bondi's. It also is very long and makes my feet look weird. For my foot, which I came out of a boot this summer, it hurts to walk for an extended amount of time.

The platform Is too high and too soft for me. Also, a slight tendency for me to tip backward.

For some reason the sneakers I received were marked with a B, which I believe means narrow. I didn't order a narrow size. I expected to receive a regular width shoe. The fit is too snug for comfort.

Ordered these in a wide and wanted them to work out so badly because these would be great for commuting and as a casual shoe. Unfortunately the toe box is not wide enough and these pinched a great deal to the point I had to take them off after 5 mins of walking around. Would not recommend for those with bunions or arthritis in your foot.

My third pair of Hokas. My first in Traveler line. Had I not known they were Hokas, I would have assumed I was wearing cheap shoes. Hoka dropped the ball on this line. Attractive but not a shoe I would wear for extended period of time like I do with my other Hokas.

I love the fit because my feet are narrow, but the synthetic fabric on the inside causes my feet to sweat. After a few hours the moisture causes the shoes to start squeaking with every step - embarrassing! This doesn't happen with the older Hoka's, same socks.

Very disappointing. I was really looking forward to these shoes and like the style, features, and smoky quartz color, but they are way too narrow and cut off the circulation in my feet.. The shoes looked narrow in pictures so I measured my feet using the HOKA sizing guide and they are a 7.5 regular width. Even so, I sized up to an 8 just in case. Length seems right but there's no way these are as wide as your sizing guide says they should be. Returning.

I'm so bummed. I ordered a pair to replace my current Transports, which haven't come off my feet since I got them over a year ago. I'm a fitness instructor/hiker (hard on my shoes) and I've worn my Transports for just about every activity. They are the perfect blend of technical chic and practicality -- an all-purpose, go-to. Unfortunately the fist pair was so narrow that my dancer bunions screamed just trying them on, and the wide doesn't feel much--if at all--wider. They are also nowhere near as cushiony. These look very similar, but literally feel like a completely different shoe. Now I'm exhausted from buying and returning multiple pairs to try to find a new everyday :(. Sorry, Hoka, for all the returns! I dearly wish these consistent, and please make more wide shoes (truly wide and not just extra material wide like the Bondi) and in the same colors.

My Bondi 8 shoes were wearing out so I thought I would give these a try. Looked like they would hold up really well and had great support but the toe box area was just too tight for me. I wear 8.5 in all other Hoka shoes and these felt like they were slipping a bit. I think going down to a size 8 would have been too small. Returned and bought another pair of the Bondi.

Who's doing quality control on these Transport shoes?! This is my second issue with the Transports (first one was squeaking on the left shoe. Now this shoe has a very noticeable pinkish tint on the reflective materials. Looks nothing like the photos (yes I zoomed in, because I thought I was going crazy) Hoka needs to step up their quality control on the Transports. I cant be the only one experiencing this and I've been wearing the Cliftons for many years without any issues. Otherwise it is a great looking shoe with the comfort and fit that I expect; its just the QUALITY is going DOWNHILL.

Not the best Hoka shoe I've owned. The cushion isn't there like in some of the other models. Also, the fabric is stiffer than others. I don't usually have any problems with my bunion but these shoes make it hurt. Also, not a fan of the elastic laces. Thankfully, these shoes come with a pair of standard laces also.

I really wanted to love these but after out running errands for only an hour my toes HURT! I contacted Hoka and their only response was to return them for a half size bigger (length isn't the issue.) I have owned Hokas for a decade and never had any issues until this pair. I can't say that I won't buy another pair for certain but my experience with these has me doubting future purchases.

I was very disappointed in Hoka. The fabric looked cheap , and they caused pressure on the top of my feet. I guess I'll keep to trying to find the best athletic shoe for me. Thank you Zappo
