I love hokas; I'm a nurse and wear them everyday. I own 4 pairs, but this style does not hold up. I have worn them for approx 3 months for 50 hrs a week, and they have holes on both edges and in the back where you pull on your shoe. Comfy and love the idea of no tie laces but would love to see them last longer! Also they run 1/2 a size too big.

I loved everything about this shoe except the toe box was too narrow for me. Even though the length was fine, my big toe rubbed on the insidse of the toe box.
I'd also recommend:

I made a mistake buying these shoes. The foot bed is way too soft and squishy. It's not supportive and tires my feet.
Also, along the top of the shoe, the band around the ankle ends in frayed fabric, which has an unfinished, and not right look, to me

Believe me, I wanted to love these shoes more than anything. The colors are by far, the best colors of any other HOKA's in my opinion. Super cute and perfect for everyday wear and travel. Buuuut, when I tried them on, it felt like the widest part of my foot was going numb. I tried to loosen them but it didn't seem to help. I don't think my foot is super wide but it's apparently too wide for these shoes. HOKA, please make these in wide!!!

I do NOT have wide feet (sold B width) and I tend to run into problelms with many of the Hoka styles pinching my pinky toe. That is the same with this new style. Sizing up would be too long as this shoe actually does have a bit room in the length. I ordered the eggnog color, and it looks very "plastic' like on the foot. This shoe has the drawstring pull method, which I love, but also regular shoe laces are provided if you do not like this. These are going back. Not LLB's fault. They just sell it.

I had to send mine back only because I think I need a bigger size. I normally wear a size 6.5 in W so I got that size in these shoes, but they were tight and I tried them on with stockings. So I'm exchanging for a 1/2 size bigger.

You have to cut off the toggle laces to replace with standard. They should be interchangeable. Design flaw. Disappointed! I like the shoe otherwise. Good for travel and go anywhere. Comfortable!

I purchased my correct size for all my other hoka sneaks. There were way too big and cheaply made. I thought they would be like my slip on ones that I already have, but no. I returned them

I love these shoes they're so comfortable I've had them for a few weeks, but they're already starting to fall apart. I don't do anything crazy. I just walk 1-2 miles a day

On my feet for work and find these super cushy.
Only thing that was a bummer was the design on the side started separating from shoe after only a few weeks.

I was so excited for this to come out! I previously wore the eggnog Clifton 8's on several long trips and loved them. I thought these would be even better with the Vibram soles and water resistance. However, they stain easily. I wore them around town while snow was melting and could never get the water stains out after scrubbing and putting them through the washer. With such a light color, I worried that they would get so dirty while traveling . Also, the fit wasn't great. Too bad! I hope HOKA tries again with a version 2 of these sneaks.

It is a good shoe , however, I need a pair that does a more balance sole. So, I exchanged it with Rincon 3 for womens .

I loved the feel of this shoe because I felt like I was walking on memory foam. The problem is that the show squeaks. I went to the store, tried on 2 more, and they both squeaked when walking. Customer Service suggested talc -- I'm not going to remedy a shoe right out of the box. Make it right. Also, have other more versatile colors, like camel and black, navy, etc.

Super disappointed to say that these wore out within 8 months on the heels. I've lived in Hokas (walking and running) for the last 4 years and have been so satisfied with the durability. I don't know if this style made them less durable, but they're to the point where I can't wear them without getting blisters on my heels. I tried to get warranty but they claim this is a user issue. Again, I've walked and ran in other pairs of Hokas for 4 years without running into this issue. Super unfortunate because I loved the style and feel of them.

Was disappointed in these shoes. Did not have the quality my other Hokas have. I have a wide foot and was excited these were available in Wide but shoe was way tighter than my regular width Hokas are. Sending them back.

HOKA's are my go-to shoes for exercise but I am not in love with these. They just don't breathe and your feet get super sweaty very quickly. I bought them because they are recommended for outdoor walking so maybe they are meant to be waterproof??? But I won't purchase these again. I can't wait to take them off when I am finished working out. Feet are either too hot or freezing cold in cold temps because they are wet.

The shoe I bought was touted as a walking and hiking shoe. A life-long runner and hiker, I have used mostly Brooks, for their initial and uncompromised comfort whether walking or running. I have owned one pair of Hoka Cliftons in my lifetime, years ago. Although they were comfortable the tread on them was insufficient, wore down too fast and not worth the price. I tired the Transport and was quite disappointed. It was not as comfortable as I would expect for a walking shoe. I generally wear an 8, however, Hoka's run big, so I ordered 7.5, which was fitting length wise, but is was uncomfortably narrow and tight, again not the cushioning I would expect. I went to the Hoka store to give it a second change, I tried an 8 and it was far too big. The aesthetic of the shoe is nice, but the comfort is unacceptable to me as I would never dare take this shoe on a long walk or even on my typical 12 hour shift, where I am on my feet most of the day.
