I bought this shoe specifically for golfing on wet / cold days in western NY. Hoka is the best walking shoe that I have found for golf. Great tread and comfort. I only wish they would have a 13.5 size.

Just hiked around the Great Pyramids of Giza, and many Ancient Egyptian Temples. The Hokas are so comfortable, my feet never got tired.

I walk to work - and I'm on my feet all day at the hospital. I've tried the Clifton 9 GTX, and these are much better. These are plushier, feel sturdier, and the logo is not as obnoxious.

The first thing I noticed was how incredibly lite they are. The size fit perfectly and comfort was immediately amazing. I wasn't sure I would like the round heal but it feels quite natural.

These wrap my foot better than any shoe ever. They're comfortable and didn't need breaking in except up front. They're slightly narrow but stretched out after a few days

I needed a lightweight Gortex model for work that can help prevent Plantar fasciitis. This shoe did the trick! They are prefect for walking, jogging, running, prolonged standing, etc.

I'm lucky to have a bike path along a river to use. Morning dog walking would get my feet wet off path in the wet grass. These GTX Challengers keep my feet nice and dry. The lugs feel soft on the paved path and when we follow a dirt trail down to the waters edge I have plenty of grip. I don't feel any stones hurting the bottom of my feet and have all the traction I need. At home on pavement or the trail they are perfect for my needs!

I am very pleased with my purchase. Also one of the few shoes brands that carry size 12.5. Super comfortable, very lightweight.
