Great fitting, comfortable, supportive

I walk in these ~6 miles per day. By far the best trainer I've ever owned. Leagues better than Nike. Men's Health was 100% correct. I've already got my BFF to buy a pair and will definitely be a returning customer.

You can feel the difference between these shoes and standard athletic shoes. Leg pain is minimal now. Comfortable, stays tight, and is soft under my feet. Runs large so i got a .5 size smaller.

Very happy with my purchase! Probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I did need a little larger shoe than most other brands so definitely try them on somewhere before you purchase

Have back issues use them as my everyday shoe

Definitely the most comfortable shoes that I've ever tried on! Bought the Clifton 9 at a local sporting goods store. I liked them so much that after I got home, I went to the Hoka website and I bought another pair of the Clifton 9.

I love this shoe. It's wide enough with good support and nice colors.

I am recovering from low back surgery and my rehab requires I walk as much as possible. These shoes are remarkably comfortable and super cushioned.

Use for everyday walking exercise

I really can't speak highly enough on how great this shoe is. It's bouncy, light, comfortable, breathable, stylish, durable, and the list goes on. I no longer wear Nike or Adidias to the gym or to run because of this brand and more directly, this shoe. If you're on the fence, get them!

This design works great for me.

For a number of years I used new balance 847 V3 as my preferred walking shoe. However, subsequent design of the V4 left me very disappointed. I continued to rotate my three pairs of V3s but eventually they needed to be replaced. In my walks around Santa Monica, I noticed that a lot of people were wearing Hokas for walking. I actually stopped people and asked them how they like the shoe and response was overwhelmingly positive. I then found out that my older daughter has been using Hokas for both running and walking and she like them a lot. At my daughters advice, I visited a dedicated running store. They put me through some gate analysis, and then recommended free shoes, one of which was Hokas. It took a little while to get used to them, because I felt that I was a few millimeters higher above the ground than I was with my new balance, but after a very short period of time, I was able to adapt. I've really enjoy using them on my 5 mile walks around Santa Monica, which I take twice a week. The shoes are so well designed, that I also use them as an every day shoe. I purchased another two pair.

I don't know what it is about these shoes, but after trying pretty much every other brand under the sun, I've finally found the sneakers for me. If you've found yourself hesitating to purchase these - like I did - don't procrastinate any longer and get them. You won't regret it.

Purchased for walking and treadmill running. A great shoe.

Had some Nike shoes with a toe box that was way too narrow for my foot. Always in pain after about twenty minutes. My Cliftons are super comfortable. Got them in wide "EE" size. Just perfect for walking anytime. Not too pretty to look at, but the grey pair is nice enough.
