I've always heard great things about Hoka, but my pair tore after a little over a year of normal use. For the price, I expected much better quality. These shoes aren't cheap, and they didn't hold up the way a premium brand should. Disappointing overall. I'm switching to another brand next time.

The laceless version in theory is a slip on shoe. However the tongue is not attached at the sides, and when you out your foot in the tongue bunches up and you have to pull it back out. The wide version of this is extremely tight. Its actually more narrow then the bondi 9 regular non-wide. Just a horrible shoe.

The shoe fits great and is comfortable, but part of the upper fell off after about a weeks use in an office environment. The returns process is a nightmare and it is clear they want to make it difficult enough that you just give out. Multiple stages, at least 3 forms, photos of every angle of the shoe, codes from the tag, a wait to find if you're approved, and then you get a return label and ship it back and finally after it ships back and they process you get a website credit, at that point probably 2 to 3 months later. Bottom line is the shoe fell apart after a week of office use, just send me a new pair. It's a shame because my Cliftons are my new favorite running shoe, but I can't purchase from a comoany that makes it this complex to return defective goods.

I ordered a Hoke Transport size 10.5 M. The shoe I received was a Hoka Transport marked as a 10.5 M, but in actually was very small. More like a 9 if that. I could not even get my foot into the new shoe. Returning.

This shoe is very comfortable but the sole has worn out very quickly. It is Vibram but very soft and lacks durability.

Sending them back because they are so much narrower than any other Hokas I have owned. Very disappointed that the color I want does not come in a wide to at least try.

Quick adjust shoelace fell pulled off the end just removing from the box. I didn't even try them on yet! Once I got to try them on they felt very narrow in the toe box. Outer materials seem very plastic and not very stretchy or flexible. The length and cushion felt pretty good. But immediately knew it wasn't going to be a keeper. Shoe lace thing falling off immediately and super narrow tow box. I don't ever get wide. Normal width is usually good for me.

Shoes are great for the feet. Great sole but where it falls short is around the Achilles. The back of the shoe is very stiff and hard. When I walk it rubs/pokes into my Achilles. After a while made my Achilles sore.

These are stiff and have a narrow toe box that rubs the outside of my big toe, even a 2E rubs and I don't have wide feet. My perfect shoe would be this some on a Bondi upper.

This was my first pair of Hoka One. I was looking for a good shoe for prolonged periods of time on my feet while at a trade show. Stylish and comfy at first, but that did not last long. After using for about half a day, the shoe started squeaking with every step. No matter the pace, gait, or posture, or walking surface, they squeaked loudly. It was really noticeable indoors. I continued to wear them for the duration of 3 days and it never stopped and continues to do so no matter what. I've even tried different type of socks. Then foot and ankle pain started to set in so I stopped wearing. After seeing a podiatrist, I now know that I need to wear wide to extra wide shoes. But the narrow toe box and plush sole were not doing me any favors. This is my fault, but these shoes were the reason I went to a podiatrist as my foot and ankle pain was getting bad. I'm not totally sold on Hoka but might try the wide toe test my podiatrist suggestion. He even mentioned Hoka by name. But I will not be able to overcome the squeaking if that is past of yhr Hoka experience.

These shoes were okay for cold weather, but in temps over 50F my feet became unbearably sweaty. It was so bad that I got warts. I saw a doctor and she told me to find more breathable shoes - as soon as I did, my warts went away. I even tried these with moisture-wicking socks and it didn't help. I'm having trouble returning them because I'm outside the 60-day window.

I really liked this shoe at first. But after just a few weeks of wearing, the shoe started to completely separate from the bottom. For the price, I expected much better durability. I don't like wasting money on something that doesn't last, especially when it's supposed to be a premium shoe. Will be returning these and trying the Clifton 9s insteadhopefully they can hold up and will not be another disappointment.

The underside of the tongue is very uncomfortable and when the shoe is tightened cuts in and wears into my foot with normal gym socks. The material is easily dirtied and hard to clean. The website didn't make it clear that the shoes did not have actual laces and there was no way to even determine if the show had laces.

I was very disappointed with these shoes. The other hokas that I use are the Arahi 6 and Skyward X, for running. They both are amazing. The transports were a huge dud for me. I ended up just liking them so much that I threw them in the trash still practically looking brand new.

I normally wear a size 9 and a half, but II ordered a half-size larger. The shoes that I received was size 9 and a half - not a size 10. The shoes also had cleats on them. Instead of exchanging them, I thought the better solution was to return them and go to a local shoe store where I can look at them and try them on before I buy them.

I typically don't write reviews, but my recent experience with Hoka compels me to share. In October 2024, I purchased the Hoka Transports. Within a week, they began to emit a squeaking noise reminiscent of children's squeaky shoes. After researching and consulting Hoka Support, I learned that moisture between the insole and the shoe's interior was the likely culprita design flaw others have also reported. As someone active outdoors, it's natural for my feet to sweat, leading to this moisture buildup. I attempted recommended remedies, such as applying baby powder and thoroughly drying the shoes. While these solutions provided temporary relief, the squeaking inevitably returned, sometimes even louder. Believing this to be a defect rather than normal wear and tear, I initiated a warranty claim after three months. However, Hoka returned the shoes, stating the issue was due to wear and tear and thus not covered under warranty. When I sought further clarification, a representative mentioned that their assessment might have been purely visual and that presenting video evidence wouldn't alter their decision. Hoka's warranty covers footwear for one year against defective materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear. Given that my issue arose within this period and was due to a design flaw, I expected better support. In conclusion, I'm disappointed with how Hoka handled this warranty process. This experience has led me to consider exploring other premium footwear brands that stand firmly behind their products.

I was excited that these finally came in wide sizes given that the Clifton 9 wides are the only sneakers I am really comfortable wearing. Right off the bat they did not look wide enough. I decided to give them a go but after 30 minutes heel pain and the tightness of the toe box was noticeable. Needless to say I am returning these.

Absolutely love my Bondi and Clifton's. However, these transports have issues. Squeaking right shoe and something broke in the sole. Most annoying pair of shoes I've ever bought by far. I see other reviews saying the same thing so I'm assuming this is a known issue and why it was $50 off.
