Not sure of the design but hard to get on and hurt my feet. Very disappointed.

Color did not look like pics, shoes popped and squeaked.

Paid extra for expedited shipping item arrived late and shoes sat outside in yard packaged in paper box getting rained snowed on until our family returned from trip 10 days later. Dont count on the delivery. I find that the shoes last for about 4 months then start falling apart. So this wet pair is the last I will buy. Switching to a new brand nike, sportiva, north face.

Comfortable shoes but they squeak with every step and it's very annoying/embarrassing. I only wear them outside now if I can help it. Also, they are very plain looking, no eye appeal at all.

First pair of Hokas not to fit well. Too tight around the laces.

I input my typical New Balance 11 double wide as an example into your sizing guide, which suggested a regular size 11 but it was too narrow. Is there an option for a wider fit in this show?

Man these are noisy, squeaky shoes on tile floors. Walking around all day, its hard to tune out the sound when you step. Also, same shoe size as my many other Hoka shoes, but getting a ton of heel lift. All in all, bot pleased with the design. They sacrificed structural support in the heel and ankle area and made a overly soft shoe. Not impressed.

I wish these came in wide as the sole is super comfortable

The product that was delivered is not what the picture shows. What I received is a gray tone on a gray tone instead of what the picture shows. Gray tone on an off white tone color. Not happy at all. Now I have to return them. Haven't even wore them, just tried them on, do not feel good. I own other Hoka's that are awesome. Not these.

Front rubber toe area not comfortable

These shoes were far too narrow. Customers should be advised that this shoe is for narrow feet. I will return them for a refund.

I purchased these shoes for my husband. He wore them once, and said never again! They are very stiff, so very hard to break in.

I had read that Hoka was a great show for Achilles tendinitis so I purchased a pair. I wear a wide and went with the wide size that was offered. I'm not sure where it's wide as it is way narrower than an average shoe. I compared it to a normal Hoka sneaker and could not see any difference in width. New Balance wide is clearly a difference in the toe area. It's to bad they don't see what an actual wide shoe size is.

even though i ordered a Wide size, when i tried these on, they were *narrow* !! due to problems w/ my big toe, they were just not comfortable. good news is that the Clifton 10 Extra Wide and Skyflow Wide are great!

Extremely painful shoe, horrible experience

1st pair- glue failed on front of shoe, causing separation before I wore them once. 2nd pair- wore them sparingly to work, I rotate 2 pairs of shoes. Maybe 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Material failed on the tongue of shoe and the plastic wiring is failing and completely unspooling.

The wide is very narrow and not for wide feet. Cannot be worn with orthopedic insoles.

Unfortunately had to return the shoes unworn as they were so narrow I couldn't get them on, despite being a size larger than what I normally wear in other brands.

I purchased these specifically for a trip to Italy for a lot of walking and some light hiking. On most days after 10,000 steps, they would start to squeak! Especially annoying in museums and churches! Generally comfortable otherwise, but would not purchase them again.
