I have several pairs of Hokas , but these are the first ones that have been so tight around my foot that it hurts. I sure hope they stretch.!

Love my new Transports, great support and cushioning. Good support for my arches..I have issues with fallen arches. I wore them for golf, they had great grip and stability, as well as great comfort. I know they weren't particularly designed for golf, but they work very well.

HOKA makes to most comfortable and non-slip shoes I've ever seen. I have a pair for just day to day and an all-black pair for more formal events like going to court as an attorney.

I recently bought these shoes and have 4 other pairs of HOKA models. These shoes are a bit narrow at the toe. and overall run tighter. I liked the look but the color pictured isn't correct as they are tone on tone grey not the off white and grey shown. So I returned them and still shopping for a HOKA trail shoe.

I picked these up after looking for an all around activity shoe and am super impressed. I immediately put them on and went for a few mile walk around the city and have no complaints. The quick laces are great and the castlerock color looks great. Planning on picking them up in all black to rotate!

I was really excited to get these shoes due to style and durability. I put them on and immediately noticed that the vertical space is very tight on the top of my foot even when wearing really thin socks. Toe space was good, they are just too tight on top of the foot no matter how loose I left the lacing. Length was true fit as I usually wear a 11.5 and the 11.5 fit perfectly lengthwise.

I walk 5-7 miles a day and finding a sneaker that can hold up to that with cushion is hard. I found these hokas made for walking and not running. The soles will hold up much better with actual treads. The picture on the site is deceiving though. I bought the avocado and expected some variation to the color of the green fabric and a white bottom rim. The fabric is a pretty flat green and the rubber is actually very much grey. I'm happy with them but would like some of the more fun hoka color ways I'm used to before I buy another pair. I also can't figure out how to change the laces to the regular ties from the elastic.

Just got the transport on, the quick lace is nice, but the Cordura upper looks very durable and a bit warmer as well as the vibram sole. I think the loop in the middle of the tongue will be nice to relieve pressure, and the protective toe is a plus. Seems like a sturdy shoe. The castle rock color is grey not a lighter color yet attractive. Thanks for making a large 15

Wish they came in a wide width. They are snug fitting and had no wide width available.Hopefully they will stretch some and be more comfortable.

I think Hoka shoes are overrated. It feels good and comfortable when walking on flat paved surface. It feels unstable especially when walking down a slope.

It was time for a new pair of Hokas so I thought I'd go with something a bit more to my liking, as far as styling goes. I chose the Transport. While it is a decent shoe, comfort wise, it clearly did not have the support and comfort of other Hoka models that I've owned. I'm not blaming the company for that because I chose to go with a more stylish shoe. The issue I have is the pull-on loop which separated from the back of the right shoe after a few months and tore the shoe fabric when it came loose. So, naturally, I had to cut the other side of the pull -on loop off to keep from having a piece of the shoe hanging off the heel. I think a decent pair of shoes should last for at least a year. This is why I waited to write my review; and frankly, I don't think the pull-on strap should have failed in less than a year. So, bottom line: the Transport is not as comfortable as any of the other Hokas I've and the pull-on loop is not up to the task.

This shoe compares very poorly to the Bondi 7 that I have and looking to replace. The shoe box was very narrow. I have bone spurs on my feet and have bad knees. The Bondi I could walk 3-5 miles nonstop and I would be fine, no pain. The Transport was narrow and not as cushioned as the Bondi.

The shoe is attractive but the narrow toe box was disproportional small. I have fairly narrow feet and from just forward of the top of my arch to my toes felt "trapped" by the shoe. I think the the foot base provided the usual comfort and support, but the only thing my feet were telling me was "let me out of here"

First Hoka shoes for me. Kinda "meh," to be honest. I was hoping to be more impressed with the fit/comfort.

I thought this shoe whould have had a softer feel based on the website description. It looks good but is just an average ride for daily walkers. My slip on sketchers are more comfortable for a third of the price.

These shoes look great and feel great! However they make a noise as I walk. Not a squeak but the fabric where the shoe folds as I walk makes a loud noise that is annoying. I regret buying them!

Given Hoka's reputation for cushioning and being an overall great athletic shoe, I was expecting more from the Transport shoe. I bought these shoes specifically for a trip to Japan, knowing that I would be on my feet all day and expecting 20,000+ steps daily. The shoe started nice, but I noticed over time that support was lacking, and the cushioning was not up to par compared to Asics. I ended up with heel pain and some foot cramping that led to me to purchase another pair of shoes while on my trip. This is an OK shoe for light daily wear, but definitiely not something for all day walking.
