The Encore Breeze 5 is far inferior to the Encore Breeze 4

I've had several pairs in the past, size 9. These new brands are way to big so I had to return them.

Odd feel to these shoes. They feel cheap. Spongy, poor arch support, and my feet have a lot of wiggle room instead of feeling secure. I ordered an 8 wide. I always wear an 8 wide in Merrell. The fabric feels unsubstantial. The upper padding feels super cheap. Overall, my impression is that this is a cheaply made shoe that will not last long. The Merrell boot I bought along with these does not have the same quality feel as the Merrell boots did in the past. Supply chain issues? Covid? I am tired of excuses. Make the same excellent shoe you have always made in the past, or I am out. I am currently looking at other, but pricier brands to try. I'd rather pay for quality than something that ruins my hike.

I’ve worn Merrell shoes for 30 years. Love this shoe, but I do order directly from Merrell most of the time.

These left my joints hurting. I had worn similar Merrell's beforethey were my "go to" shoe. I wore them at home, work, to church; you name it, I was wearing these shoes. But the new pair I bought within the past month have left my knees and even my hip feeling sore. Sorry; it's probably just me.

I would never purchase this shoe again. Not comfortable and it feels like it's going to fall off as I walk. I'm really disappointed.

I did not take my Merrill's anywhere. I returned them because you changed the way this slip on style fits. I was looking forward to buy another of the same shoe that I presently own. A complete failure.

I'm so bummed Merrell changed the design on these previously great shoes. The heel is too high now, where you used to be able to just slip your foot in and go. Big bummer! I've probably bought 6-8 pairs of these over the years. My go to for the street, and for use in the garden. Rats!

The collar of shoe has changed and it effects the shoe performance

These sandals are interesting. It takes time to fit in them, but they are so shallow my heels came off at every step. I can't even walk three steps without feeling inconvenience and discomfort. I returned them for an exchange to a different model. It was sad that they made me pay for the shipping because the new pair l I wanted to try was a different model.

They seem like two different sizes. I may attempt to return ASAP
