I got this shipment and i send for my sister but the product is damage with scratches

I really wanted to love this - just was too big and clumsy for me. Had to return.

I bought this bag recently and love everything about it. But sadly need to return because after using it once, one of the strap seams came apart already. The backpack was not even full, just a laptop and a light sweater inside. Perhaps this is just a single piece defect, so I might order a new one and check if it happens again.
