This is the 2nd one I have purchased. My OG was in black and use it 5/7 days for work. I have had the black one for just under a year. Still looks brand new worth the investment. I have also used it as a carryon and it hasn't let me down. It's durable and helps elevate work place attire and any outfit. I started incorporating lighter clothing instead of just black, white, or grey lol and it works perfectly with my light coloured clothing. Suggestions: not all bags have a 100% leather straps/handles. This one does have all leather straps and it will last so much better than others. I can fit my MacBook, iPad, notebook and pencil case and depending on how thick the book is a book I'm currently reading. I also am able to fit airpods, socks and my travel/backup makeup and women emergency items. It's helped to organize my very busy and nomadic life. Happy shopping and hope this was helpful!

Love this bag. So many pockets and spaces to organize things. I wish there were a couple more notches to adjust the straps, would like it slightly higher on my back. Otherwise absolutely happy with the bag!!

Roomy and beautiful. I traveled with it in Europe and it was perfect as a carry-on, holding my large laptop and everything else. Lots of compartments to keep everything organized and secure. I loved the versatility of carrying it as a handbag, shoulder bag, and backpack. A must buy!

This is the perfect bag for work travel. It is very deep and has lots of compartments. It comes in so many colors. I will likely buy another one.

Great for travel. A place for everything. Thoughtful design. Spacious. Versatile ways carry. Would love to see hardware on the interior to hold keys vs placing into a pocket.

Such a beautiful Backpack, It is heavy empty, I can imagine it full of my belongings! It will be too hard for me to carry. I am 75, I tried the three ways it can be used and won't be comfortable in any way.

I bought this to carry my laptop for travel and work. The zippered pockets were perfect to easily access what I needed and secure my passport. Carries so much but not at all bulky.

Just the right size for necessary everyday items. I also LOVE the color-block simple and classy.

Issues I had with this bag: -TOP HANDLES- I wish the top handle was wider so it can be worn on the crook of my arm. It's also too uncomfortable to hold, it needs to be rounded and cushioned. It doesn't sit right in my hand and awkwardly overlaps. -STRAPS- Straps are flimsy and easily bent out of shape. It is also very difficult to adjust the length. It's too long to be worn as a shoulder bag and wearing it cross body looks ridiculous if you have a small frame. I would rather it be a shoulder bag/backpack combo with a detachable crossbody strap. -ZIPPERS- The zippers are not smooth (not YKK) and I don't understand why it extends beyond the bag width. It doesn't aid in opening the bag wider and serves no purpose. -LAPTOP BUCKLE- This bag is intended to fit 15in laptops or smaller but can hold a 16in. The caveat is that you can't use the buckle for it. 16in MacBooks are a thing so limiting it with this buckle seems silly. -OUTER FRONT POCKET- The flap that hides the zipper makes the bag look unfinished since the sides are raw. It also doesn't completely close so it makes it a susceptible to rain and is a pocket for dirt to accumulate. The hidden zipper also means you can't use it to attach any keychains. There's no other place on the bag that could accommodate one either. Things that would be nice to have: -EXPANDABLE- This bag is constructed like a manila envelope. It would be great if there were buttons to allow it to expand from manila envelope to paper grocery bag. -KEYCHAIN HOLDER- Badges for work, ID tags for travel, hand sanitizer, there are so many reasons to have one. -FEET- I want the bag to be able to stand on its own. This bag has a lot of potential and is still the best bag I've found that can accommodate a large laptop and is still fashionable. The leather quality is fantastic and I'm looking forward to improved iterations of it.

Great bag, wish the bottom was darker.

This was a great quality bag but much bigger than I was expecting especially given the measurements I saw in the description. I was looking more for an everyday bag than a laptop bag.

Super cute backpack, however not the most durable. If you have a tablet this would probably be fine. When I put my laptop in it which is a little heavier than a tablet, the seam where the strap connects to the bag tore.

I liked everything about the bag except it does not fit a 16 inch laptop as described so i had to return it.

Big , not small! Arrived with a stain I can't remove.

It's beautiful and nicely compact. It just doesn't hang comfortably on my shoulder.

Love the bag - it is beautiful. A snap on the side of the zipper broke the first day and will need repaired. The bag is also lacking a key "hook" for my office/car keys. It's otherwise a great back pack -

I eyes this bag for a while and then I loved it for about a monthuntil the Cole Haan emblem shriveled up and is now hanging off. Never thought I would be leaving a review of this kind. Will be reaching out for a return.

Cute bag but not durable. Minor use and already the color is coming off.

I just purchased the bag in August and used it for a business trip this week. Three days into my trip, the stitches on the strap have broken and the strap on the back is already falling out of the strap pocket. The backpack was only used to hold a 13" laptop, not even full. Very disappointed in the quality with the price.
