This shoe has very poor comfort, very harmful for foot, I can't wear continue 10 min. Company should stop this design and return money to customer

Shoe is to tight and lacks support for the front of the foot. This imbalance make the shoe not worthy for walking or running.

Both shoes developed holes in them at the top and were only a few months old. Tried to warranty shoes. Disappointed to find out I'm not able to replace shoes with the voucher they sent back. Voucher sent will be last Adidas purchase.

got sent the wrong shoe just for live support to tell me they cant exchange them for the ones i originally purchased because they're "out of stock" now i have to return the ones I didn't order and not end up with the shoes i ordered

I loved my first pair of Ultraboost so much that I bought a second pair a couple of years later without trying them on. This new pair is a totally different shoe. To me, it has a very unstable, sloppy forefoot. I would not recommend this shoe for running or even walking for any significant length of time. I really like the look of this shoe, and it may be okay for cruising around town, but I will not wear it for any strenuous exercise or workouts. Sorry, Adidas -- send this one back to the drawing board.

The shoe became unglued in two weeks. Plus the customer service to submit a warranty is straight trash on helping you all they do is deny your claim.

worst buying experience I have ever had.
Bought 2 pairs at the same time. only one showed up the other was a 9.5 pleather shoe. I had to call waste 15 mins on the phone for them to give me the exchange fedex tracking. sent back the next morning and still waiting for my shoes to show up.

adidas really let me down with these shoes. Very low quality build and weak eyelets. Definitely not made for running. Even the shoelaces couldn't keep it together. Disappointed.

DON'T BOTHER
After a month, holes developed in the shoes. This damaged my feet. I ordered the same pair but they shipped me defective/bent shoes. I reached out to support and they shipped me similar bent shoes. When I contacted them, they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Good product but terrible delivery service. It was raining the entire day from the morning. The courier just left it in the rain and ruined the package while we have an unlocked storm door. Now that I have tried to exchange my shoes for a different size, but the original packaging is a pile of paper pulp.

My son just received these, not even one week ago. He really likes everything about them BUT, he played pickleball for about an hour in them and they already have to small holes on the top of them. Not from anything other than just playing in them. The pores in the fabric stretched into holes, from minimal use. Sad - especially for nearly $200. I mean, seriously?!

The trainers are comfy however the quality is poor. The top eyelet on one of the trainers broke after 2 weeks.
Customer service is terrible. I returned the faulty trainers but had them sent back saying they did not meet the returns requirements. I will never buy adidas again.

This is the second pair of ultraboost shoes that have ripped upon the first or second wearing and you wont stand by your product and replace them. Extremely disappointed.

Please stay away from this ionic shoe. Within less than 45 days, thread in my toe area started opening up. As per Adidas customer care that is normal wear and tear. Will not purchase Adidas shoe again. This was brought to their customer care and leadership. Plain answer that part of the shoe is not under warranty.

My son wore these shoes for 3 weeks and the sole of the shoe separated from the material. He had normal wear and tear and they lasted only 3 weeks. We have owned other ultraboost so I'm not sure what was wrong with this sytle. Zappos was awesome and helped resolve the issue!

I bought them on November and with minimum use the shoes are having issues . The quality has nothing to do with previous Ultra Boost.I asked to replace them and they told me you will get a discount etch.. Disappointing!
