I was a big fan of the DNA UB but these are a huge downgrade: foot opening is small and stiff

I've had it for less than 2 weeks, already a hole in the toe and fraying of mesh fiber everywhere. Not durable! And expensive

So I buy these shoes because I always like Adidas like this kind of shoes, but I'm very disappointed because this shoes only last me for like three months and they start ripping from the front and from the back I will not buy this anymore

Ordered size 8 but too small. Go up by 1 or 1.5 size.

I've been a long-time fan of Adidas products, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. The outer heel section of my Ultra Boost soles wore out after less than three months of normal use. While I understand that defects can happen, the real issue has been the customer service process. I contacted Adidas for a warranty replacement, but it's been a nightmare trying to get a resolution. The team confirmed that I'm eligible for a gift card credit, yet the system that generates gift cards has been "down" for days with no clear timeline for when it will be fixed. I believe that when a product issue arises, how a company handles it is just as important as the quality of the product itself. Unfortunately, Adidas has fallen short in this area. Because of this experience, I'll be exploring other brands that prioritize customer service and stand behind their products more effectively.

Had the original Ultraboost ST, and absolutely loved loved the shoe as a everyday shoe. It was comfortable, I could wear it all day running errands to walking miles while exploring during a vacation. Ultraboost 1.0 shoe (UB 1.0) was like walking on cardboard (boost material is observably less), maybe UB 1.0 is more of a running shoe rather than a everyday shoe? I don't know. I also felt hot spots with UB 1.0. So I returned it.

I never get the product I've been trying to get help from adidas but they say there's nothing they can do, that is a FedEx problem it's been three weeks that I've waited for an answer from them and I have nothing yet

At first, the shoe feels comfortable, but after a while, it starts to hurt your feet. If you do decide to get it, I'd recommend going half a size smaller - though even that doesn't seem to fix the issue. I eventually gave the shoes to someone else, but they had the same problem and returned them to me. Overall, a terrible experience.

The product was made in Vietnam while purchasing but when received after buying it was made of India so I believe same exact product will not the there.

I do not know what happens with Adidas custom service. It's not great at all. I ordered this product to give as a birthday gift. Seven days past the supposed delivery date, the shoes weren't even shipped. I contacted customer service, and they knew nothing. I was told to wait another 24 hours for an answer. So, it'd be another 24 hours for an answer of my complaint, another 5-7 days for delivery. At the end I'd receive the item long after the date I needed. I should have bought anything from the competition. They ship and deliver much quicker

Not good still needs improvement.Packing was also not good

They fit to tight!!! Why do these shoes feel smaller the all the other boost that I have purchased in the past

We never received them. We have called, filed complaints, have case numbers with Adidas and the delivery company with zero follow up or resolution. Terrible customer service.

We had to do an exchange normal size 10 was too small. It has been well over a month and we have not had any tracking or confirmation of receiving and sending out the exchange size 10.5?

They've changed. Ordered the exact same size as always but feel way to small and uncomfortable. Feet hurt just from walking

feels cheap have had before but these just don't fit the same I'm assuming this is why they were on sale

These are our 4th ultraboost pair but 1.0 is much narrower than older ultraboost models like 22 etc. Very disappointing.

0/2 on boosts this year. Been buying them for decades. The 5x fell apart within the first month of wearing them. The 1.0 stabs into the top of my foot from under the tongue when I sit. It doesn't even make any sense. Horrible design.

Broken in just 1 year. The knit fabric in the front is just so easily broken.

I've owned 4 pair of ultra boost size 12. Somewhere tge ladt was revised. Size 12 no longer fits. I'd try a 121/2, but not in stock. Disappointing

Runs small and are uncomfortable. Only could wear them one

I literally slipped in the rain on concrete and dislocated and broke my ankle in three spots, I was literally walking in my backyard. Would not recommended at all.
