These shoes are wayyy to tight in the upper. Also they are so thin, your feet will freeze.

I didn't get my order because you idiots sent me the wrong size and now I have to wait much LONGER to receive them.

Bought two different colors on the exact same model and size. This pair runs significantly smaller than the other one. Disappointed because everything else is out of stock..

Too small of a fit and foot bulges out at the side. Poor quality and manufacture

The product is too tight given the design although my correct size. The upper shell in is like a woven knit and open to water penetration easily. But color is great.

Great shoe it fits very well well. I love ultraboost

Bought my normal size and they're not true to size. Very narrow. Label says mens 9 but does not fit that way.

Very poor service, reached out immediately and nothing happened.

My 4.0's I bought years ago finally started to give, and this is the pair I was directed to when searching for a replacement. I honestly think it's an unfair comparison because these feel way more like NMD's than my Ultraboosts. Overall a great looking pair of shoes. But I bought them with for the purpose of being my ultra comfortable, every day pair of black shoes. These are by no means cushioned or comfortable in comparison.

Only last 2 months play a few games of basketball in them and they will be trash

BUYER BEWARE. I'VE ALWAYS WORN ULTRABOOSTS and i have had up to 10 pairs over the years. wanting a new pair i ended up picking up one of the new 1.0 DNA ultraboosts. I am majorly disappointed. The new DNAs have had a major drop in quality in the upper, the strobel construction aswell as the general fit. Making a previously 10/10 shoe 0/10 painful to wear. 1. the strobel is now made of a more stiff recycled material that is found on all the newer ultraboosts. this mutes the sensation of the boost and makes the shoe feel much harder as a result. 2. the insole is now harder. you can swap it out but still a really annoying issue to have. the new strobel also stops you from being able to wear the shoe without the insole. 3. they changed the way that the upper tongue area is attached to the primeknit. with previous 1.0-4.0 original ultaboosts you would have a smooth transition from the top of the foot to the ankle area. now there is a stitched hard edge that presses into the top of the foot, making wearing the shoe over long time periods painful. This is a Deal breaker. 4. the quality is just worse. if you hold the shoes side by side to an older 1.0 from like the 2018 era or a 4.0 it's noticibly better built and fits far better. conclusion? buy the older shoes. never touch the DNAs cost cutting has ruined the ultraboost. these are not the same shoes you know.

Runner size was snug fit for a size 10, however the shoe mouth was too small making it very difficult to get my foot into. Unfortunate I am not able to exchange/refund them since it was a final sale

buyer beware. a departure from previous ultraboost models. I've been using ultraboosts for years. specifically the 1.0-4.0 models. have always been satisfied. These are NOT it. they've made horrible changes to a great shoe that made it go from a 10 to a 0. fit is very bad, the Strobel is very stiff compared to older models, the tongue is stitched in a way that makes it stick out into the top of your foot (it was always glued previously making for a smooth transition), the quality also seems far inferior to the ultraboosts i've had before.

Really terrible design change from previous ultra boost models.

Its been 3 months since i retuned my package and i still haven't got a refund. Never get a manual label done guys. Their app return feature was not working so they told me that they can do a manual return label for me. Did that sent package they received on oct 21st and not its dec 21st. It taking forever and the support team dont do anything for you. Hoping to gain their attention through this

Shoe stretches out very easily becoming too large to wear. And the store will not take back items that appear to be defective. They refer you to customer service that cant help you with anything in the store. Its quite possibly the most frustrating situation ever.

Bought shoes didn't get any update delivery date gets pushed back day of new date comes and order is still in progress. Contact support learn that the shoes where in back order from the beginning. Wasn't told that to me at all and then order get cancelled.

The width of the shoe is too narrow, can't get them one.

The sole breaks down easily. One spot started peeling, and once that started it keeps expanding where much of my sole looks "broken" now. Even worse, the black on the sole is only via a thin outer layer, so now the all black shoe has very obvious white parts of peeling.

damaged my toe by wearing these a few days, far too narrow. also hurt the base of my foot. love Adidas normally, was excited for these...gutted

They fit extremely small and the primeknit is almost translucent and feels cheap. I have owned 10+ pairs of ultraboost and these are trash. What an embarrassing effort by Adidas.

Good, comfortable shoe however the soles wore down extremely quickly so it seems Adidas quality has dropped off. I had the shoes for a couple of months, did not run in them or use them as every day shoes and the sole was completely worn down- Adidas did not think this was a quality issue. Would just temper expectations on how long these shoes will last.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase during the Black Friday sale. I ordered a pair of Ultraboost shoes in a different color, assuming the same size as my previous pair (white color) would fit perfectly. However, the shoes I received are at least one size smaller, despite the size printed on both the shoes and the tag being exactly what I ordered. This discrepancy in sizing is frustrating and unexpected, especially considering my previous positive experience with this product. Such issues are unacceptable, particularly during a black Friday sales event.

Size guide says I should buy size 10, bought an 11-1/2 and still too small and waay too tight around the ankles Ultraboost from six years ago fit much better.
