Super cute and great materials. Haven't worn but tried on many times to see if I'll keep. The shoe is slightly short, but not a full half size, and the heel is big, which could lead to blisters.

Too small and I bought my usual size. The wide size was no longer available, but they still fit small anyway.

The style is beautiful, the fit is fine, but the comfort is a 5 out 10. The sole does not flex at all, and I find them not comfortable surprisingly.

These boots cut my ankles.

Very attractive but uncomfortable at the top and sizing was a bit off. I had my normal Cole Hahn size but my heal slipped up. I had to return.

I typically can purchase Cole Haan boots and shoes and never worry about fit and sizing. Until this pair of boots. What is going on with the heel?! My foot walks out of the heel. I've switched socks and nothing remedies the issue. I am so disappointed- they are lightweight and a good looking boot- but they don't work. Am going to return. Or attempt to. Not sure if they were final sale!

Taking a long time to break in

These are cute and comfortable - but giving it two stars because the boot is tearing away from the sole, at the seam, after only a few wears. I expected a better quality product for this price point.

Sadly these were way too small and stiff feeling. I ended up returning for a refund.

If you have a narrow ankle and foot, you're ankle, and foot will get rubbed uncomfortably

I really liked the boots but they were too small. I returned them with the instructions to give me the next size up but was given a refund instead. This is disappointing because now I'd have to repurchase them to get the size I want and I will not get the discount I had with the original order. It wasn't because they don't have my size because I can order them online right now if I wanted to spend more money.

I like the look and the color but it's too narrow and tight. I returned it.

Comfortable but didn't like the styling

Too trendy for me I was hoping they would be comfortable and cute. But instead it felt like I was trying too hard to be trendy. Yikes!

Oh my gosh- Ouch! These actually are the first Cole Haans that caused extreme damage! Ouch, Ouch! I only wore them once and I'm afraid to wear them again. Huge blister on my calve and ankle.

I was very excited to receive these shoes, but considering the price tag on these, I was very underwhelmed. The color wasn't a gray but more of a green. I ordered my usual size, but they were too tight in the toe and just felt overall stiff and painful in certain areas of my foot. Not sure if a bigger size would've been different.

Nice boot, but the opening was way too big for my ankles had to return them.

I'm not sure why everyone says these are so comfy. My toes hurt so bad while wearing these shoes. It's almost like the elevated heel causes my feet to slide forward crushing my toes. I do not have abnormal feet by any means. I am a 7.5 and bought two sizesan 8 to be sure. Both hurt. Sending back.
