Boots fit small but a 1/2 size was too much unless you want to wear thick socks. Super comfy

I bought these for a trip to London. I had 2 days of cancelled flights and had to walk in these boots all over Heathrow. They got more comfortable with every hour! They also kept my feet dry and comfortable in the London rain. And I received so many compliments from random Brits on the street saying how much they liked my boots

I bought my first pair 3 years ago and loved them so much that I have them in every color. They are my go to boot. Dressed up or down they are always perfect finish to my outfits. They are soooooo comfy!

Love the boot, as a 58-year-old at 5'4 I'm always looking for style and comfort. The hill height is perfect I will be purchasing the tan also.

These comfy boots fit perfectly and I will be able to walk in them all day. The leather is soft and the wedge heel gives me just a little height. They are my new faves for fall travel.

I got these in black for the winter, and I love them. They have a nice height, I like the stitching, the heel is chunky and cool. I am recovering from foot surgery and was worried about tolerating the wedge, but they are SO comfortable. Agree with others, size up 1/2 size.

At the recommendation of a friend, I bought these for a trip to Italy. Wore them every day - 10-20k steps/day touring throughout the country. Very, very comfortable, warm and durable. Highly recommend! I wear 8 or 8.5, and the 8.5 was a perfect fit.

The reason I'm giving this boot a four is because the toe box is a bit snug. I ordered my normal size and it feels a bit tight on my big toe. It's a gorgeous boot though!

Consistent Cole Haan quality. Good style, light weight, comfortable to walk around the city out of the box. I am usually a size 7, hence being able to shop for shoes online. The only small nit here is that they are a bit loose in the heel - so the first time I wore them with thick socks and got a blister. Just have to adjust the sock and it is fine.

The style is great- very sleek and functional. The fit is not that good though. The heel part keeps slipping off. I tried adding the heel guards on the shoe and it still didn't work.

This is a gorgeous boot. It has a beautifully cushioned sole and it is lightweight. Unfortunately, it was too narrow for me and I had to return.

While these boots were both attractive and comfortable, the heel was too wide for me relative to the length; sizing down wouldn't have been long enough as my toes were at the end. This is a common problem I have, wish these had worked.

very cute and comfortable boots. They are an upgrade from my last pair of Chelsea boots. They look nicer, they ARE nicer. The only complaint I have is that my foot is on the wide side and I know that once these break in more, the pointed toe of the boot just emphasizes how fat my feet are (they are not terribly wide but these make them look terribly wide) so I would ask the designers to consider those of us who are not blessed with skinny, bony feet. Otherwise, the padding makes them feel nice.

Love the trim, sole, and sheene - heel slips a bit

Fits smaller than normal size but because they're platform-type, your feet push to the front and they feel squeezed. I have medium not wide feet but they weren't comfortable especially when you add wearing with socks.
