The boots really stood out in my fall wardrobe. I needed some new boots that weren't black. So they stood out with some nice jeans. Comfortable as well

Very nice boot. Straddles the line of casual-business casual for me perfectly, which is pretty much where I live now. The leather itself is supple and soft resulting in a very easy break-in, worn for a few hours around town at a time. I then took them on a 3-day trip to the city where I put a few miles on the boots without any discomfort. The color is rich and dark with the reddish brown hues more apparent in direct sunlight. I'm excited to see how the color develops with wear. There are some subtle creases on the vamp which is to be expected. I did replace the stock cotton laces with leather just because I like the look and hold a little better.

I have been wearing these for work, which means I have them on for 10 hours a day, 5 days a week for 2 weeks now and I am loving them. Very comfy to wear all day. The color looks great with all outfits. The suede looks and feels amazing. My only negatives are about the laces. They are a little short, but maybe I just need to get used to the style. They were also stiff at first from the waxing, making them harder to tie. They have softened considerably, making it much easier. Overall, very happy with these and hope to get many years of use from them.

This is definitely one of the legacy investing products in my closet. A well built, that goes on well and stays snug. The craftsmanship and intersection of suede with other material are thoroughly thought throughout and show in the product. Overall, very happy with this product, design and that it will function as a year round boot.

The moment I opened the box, I knew these were high end boots. I have owned several that were similar to this and you can tell a significant difference between even a mid grade to a high end boot. The quailty and feel of the leather. The quality of the sole. And just the overall look. The first evening I wore these out for a date night, I was complemented twice on my boots. Once by a female and once by a male. When you have both giving you a complement, you know you have a special boot. This seriously is an excellent boot and has instantly become one of my favorites in my wardrobe. I recommend anyone to try these out to see and feel the difference for yourself.

Looks pretty but I am struggling to understand the shape. It's narrow in the forefoot and wide in the heel. Low instep for a chukka is unusual. Something about the insole makes the ball of the foot to want to dive deep and hit the pavement hard. I tried on the suede one in the store which felt ok but wearing this one for an entire day destroys my feet.

Comfortable, fashionable, and quality shoes for church or work

These are the coolest suede chukka's. The color goes with anything and there is not break in. I wear an 11.5 in dress shoes and bought an 11.5, perfect fit. I do recommend getting a longer pair of laces, but that's a personal preference.

It was a joy to me, to get these shoes, they truly and completely capture the essence of an ogre for my shrek costume.

Love these so much! The fit is nice. The suede is different yet classic. Well constructed. Maybe create a waxed version of them? Hmm..

Super comfortable right out of the box. I have a number is Allen Edmunds sneakers, shoes and boots. This has quickly become one of my favorite pair.

Another excellent boot by Alan Edmunds. It is very well built, and I have received many compliments on the boot. They work well for office casual, a night out on the town, or just to wear for comfort.

Allen Edmonds consistently produces the best shoes anywhere. Everyone you slide a pair on, you know why you bought them. These Chukkas are no exception. They are rugged, durable and fit like a glove. I love them!

These absolutely run at least 1/2 size larger than true. I measure to 11.75 D on a Brannock, wear 11.5 in dress shoes and 12 in running shoes. Typically 45 or 45.5 in euro sizing. Ordered in 11.5 and my toes are about 15mm behind what they should be. My heel is all over the place side to side as well. Otherwise the suede is beautiful and I'm sure they will be great when I get the right size.

These are great boots. The gray color is very versatile and blends well with blue and black denim. The fir is nice and roomy but not big. I love this boot.

The AE Chander Chukka boot is a great product. The fit and comfort of the boot is terrific. It's my go-to footwear for casual outings.

Incredibly comfortable and great American ! We're comfortable right out of the box. Look great with jeans or khaki pants. Only wish is they came with longer laces; they are too short to double knot.

I have to say that the Chandler is one of the best if not the best Chukka I have owner. Though the initial fit on my right foot was tight after repeated wear it has become more comfortable. At first I was apprehensive because the laces are quite short. Perhaps this was by design because they don't come loose and I mean EVER. Shoes are extremely comfortable with the rubberized sole cushioning the walk perfectly. Glad these are made in USA something I'm always willing to pay a little extra for.

These boots are wonderful. The fit is perfect, quality is top notch and the styling, exactly what I was looking for.

These are really great winter boots. My son wears them all the time. Great for standing on the NY train platforms!

Great shoe and it fits well. They are still breaking in but overall are very comfortable.

I see lots of bad reviews for boots and shoes. I find that AE has excellent quality overall. I have many types of top brand boots. These are incredible. Well made, sturdy, and beautiful. They can dress up or down and they will last for years. Definitely worth the money. I've been searching for the perfect chukka boot for years and finally found it.
