I bought these shoes because they were well made, were not pointy-toed, and were described as "soft patent". I loved the style and the excellent arch support it featured but had to return them because the patent leather was stiff and made the shoe feel small and uncomfortable.

I loved the look of this shoe. It was well made and I was super excited for it. I have hardwood floors so I tried these on and took one step and almost slipped on the heel. The heel has no rubber on it at all. The bottom pad of the shoe does but it’s not enough to make it a non slip shoe, when I took a step the heel was just very slick. I need to have the heel rubber as well. If you like to feel like you’re walking on ice- this is the shoe for you. So unfortunately I had to return them.

Too tight around width of foot. Returning because uncomfortable to walk in for price.

I had to return. I am a true 8 and these were too small by at least a half size.

I am really happy with these pumps. I don’t love wearing heals, but I have to for work. They are comfortable, non-skid, and look classy and professional. I get lots of compliments on them. I just purchased the third color.

I’m actually very impressed with these pumps. Straight from the box they feel comfortable. Heel height is just right, block heel is a bonus. I don’t know about the person who said the heel had no rubber tap to prevent sliding, unless a pair got thru quality control without it; mine certainly has it on the heel. These are as nice as shoes I’ve paid far more to buy. The padded insole is a nice plus. Very happy with purchase!

Beautiful shoe, nice material/structure. Unfortunately, the shoe was too small by about a full size. My normal 7.5 had my toes curled to fit in.

Absolutely LOVE these. This entire brand makes really comfortable shoes with excellent arch support. I'm not sure why more brands don't provide good arch support. They fit very sleek on the foot. I have a narrow foot and these look great. Beautiful color, great quality. Not heavy at all (also important to me). Sizing wise, I relied on the reviews that said that these shoes run small. I'd say the shoes are 1/4 size smaller.. So my usual 9.5ish is a 10 in these. Very happy!

Order up a half size and they will be perfect. Walked in them all day, including through the airport, and they were comfortable.

These shoes are well worth the price, VERY well made and the leather and heels are made of quality materials. The heels was higher than I wanted, I thought they were 2 1/2 inch heel and they measured 3 inch heels. I am returning them.

These are beautiful shoes. My size, 7.5s were to tight. I may need heal cushions if the 8s are to big but I had to reorder to see.

They were a little too stiff and narrow. Gorgeous pumps though.

I could barely get this shoe on my foot and I ordered my normal size. It's an attractive shoe but I have little to no tolerance for shoes that are stiff and uncomfortable so I'm returning it.

It would require both ball and heel pads for my feet.

These shoes run VERY small. I always wear a 6.5. But had to go for the 7.5!

Beautiful pumps. In many shoe brands my size is 10. When a 10.5 is offered I take it just to give little extra room in a pump especially. Today the 10.5 was too short. Shorter than a similar style size 10 I have in a less expensive brand. Definitely run small. I'm going to try the full size up.

I normally wear a 7 1/2 size and wide width when the shoe is closed toed. I read alot of the other reviews, and they suggested sizing up 1/2 size if you need wide width. I did and I'm glad i did since this style does not come in wide. The 8 size, normal width was perfect. Shoe is well made and the heel size and height is perfect. Very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful pump…wore for the first time & stood for many hours…so comfy!!! I followed the suggestions of the reviews and ordered a half size larger…good advice, it made for a perfect fit!

This was the correct heel height

I had to return the 7.5 which is my size for an 8, which I dont usually wear but the 8s fit much better. Lovely little block heal pump.

This is such a pretty shoe! I loved the feminine rounded toe and the pretty slant of the heel. I am between an 8 and an 8.5 and this in an 8 was just a tad too short. It's not available right now in the 8.5 but I will keep trying!

The perfect pumps for the office. Very comfortable, perfect heel height and looks great with pants or skirt. The navy color is on the darker side, but looks really good. I found the tan color to be too light; wanted it to match my legs better, so will be returning those unfortunately. Overall very pleased!

These are difficult to find the right size. I'm normally a 10 but read reviews saying these ran small, so ordered 10.5 but my heel was slipping out the back, so ordered my regular 10 and the toe bed is too tight. So in the end decided to return them even though I love the look

they look really nice, but I have to return them. The heel is over 3"- too high for me...

Shoe felt too short, and heel height was too high.
