Ordered these boots to wear all winter long and they have been amazing! I wear them walking in the snow and wet conditions and wear them up to the ski mountain every weekend. With a cozy pair of socks, these keep my feet warm (I do run warm) and dry. I was worried about the thicker laces, but double knots have worked great for keeping them tied.

I am so pleased I found this boot. I have never been able to wear the original bean boot because the stiffer leather bothers a sensitive spot caused by a surgery. These duck boots have a softer suede upper that work well for me. These boots are comfortable from the first day I put them on. I wear them daily to run errands and walk our two dogs. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

These are warm, super comfortable (like wearing a sneaker) and cute! True to size for me. I wear a 7 and the 7 fits perfectly.

The moment I put these on I knew they were perfect for winter and inclement weather. So comfortable, the perfect fit with a nice pair of wool socks. I love themI may be buying additional colors! True to size.

These are a Christmas gift for my daughter, I'm sure they'll be great like everything we purchase through LL Bean! (She did pick them out, so they won't be a surprise).

Absolutely love these boots! Love the color selections. They're comfortable enough to wear all day without being too warm. They're a little stiff at first, but softened up quickly for a very comfortable fit. More stylish version of the classic duck boot!

I followed the suggestion to size up, as I normally wear a 9.5 in most shoes and boots. The size 10 boots I got were huge, and looked like clown shoes on me! I reordered them in size 9, and those fit perfectly. So I'm not sure about the sizing, but I do love these- comfortable, warm, and cute.

Great boot for walking my dog with my inserts! With a warm wool sock, my feet have stayed warm and dry for the hour walk in weather ranging from 25-45 degrees.

They were true to size and very well made. Love tge gray.

I was looking for a boot for light farm/ outdoor chore work that would also be decent for errands, walks in the woods, etc. Theses are perfect! My feet are no longer happy in most boots for more than a hour, but I can wear these without any sore feet at the end of the day. Great arch support and all-day comfort. Sturdy and warm, waterproof enough for the Pacific NW. I am very pleased with this purchase!

These are great boots. They feel a lot like sneakers but warm and waterproof. We just had snow up here in New Mexico, and they were just perfect for walking my dog and enjoying the winter wonderland. Definitely would recommend them. I found they run true to size. I ordered a size 7.

I fell in love with these when I got my catalog in the mail. Thought about them for a good while before ordering, read the few reviews, was a little concerned about someone who said they were HUGE but thought I'd order anyway ... and they fit perfect! Roomy enough for medium or thick socks. SO comfortable. I have plenty of boots (I live in Bellingham, WA) but these are super lightweight and comfy and since I run a doggie daycare and am on my feet 11 hours a day, I really need something like these. I am super happy with them!

These are just beautiful boots. They look great with my jeans or with some more dressy pants.

I have worn them in the rain, snow and mud and they were comfortable and kept my feet warm and dry in 35 degree weather. Love the way they look too. Great boot for working on the ranch and wearing to town on a rainy day.

As a person with narrow and generally slim feet, I think these boots fit perfectly. I am usually a 7, and the 7 fits with no issues. They are very low profile, no heel, and fit more like a sneaker. I wear them with normal socks and love how lightweight and comfy they are. So far they have been a perfect "mom boot" for going to my kid's fall sports events, and a good rain boot for puddles. The lack of bulk makes them really stylish. At first I was worried that I didn't feel any arch support, but over a week the insole has conformed to my foot. They feel somewhat supportive, and I've walked long distances in them comfortably. The closest thing I have to a complaint is that the laces need to be loosened every time I put them on or take them off, but it's worth the few extra seconds. I've gotten a lot of compliments on them too. I'm in love!

Took a chance on the width.. I am a solid 9 1/2 WIDE this toe looked rounded enough and like suggested size up to next whole size. I've had them on in the house now for about eight hours and they are not too hot! And the width and toe box is perfect with standard work socks. Compared to waterproof columbia hikers these are more comfortable. Feet don't swelter. Haven't tested the waterproofness yet. But i'm sure with standard suede leather care these will serve well for years. If you have a narrow foot probably have to use thicker socks

These feel like slippers! Haven't worn them in the cold yet, but they feel nice and toasty. A great everyday winter boot. I sized a full size up (9 to 10) because I felt the 9 was too snug. Specifically, the throatline was the snug part. I don't think normal wear and tear stretch would be enough as my feet are a bit puffy. I ordered the 10, and found them to be much more comfortable.

These fit like a glove and I've barely taken them off since they arrived. I love the way they look with just about all of my clothes -- very cool but also amazingly comfortable.

These shoes look very well-made and are super cute (speaking as a person who grew up on the West Coast in the 90s wearing skate shoes). The materials appear sturdy and long-lasting. I won't be able to test that theory, however, as they were far too large for my feet. I usually wear a 9.5/40, if the shoe stretches then I could *maybe* jam my foot into a 9, but the description on these says to size up if one wears half sizes. So I ordered a 10, and they were comically huge. Even with thick wool skiing socks on I still had two fingers of room in the toe. These 10s fit like 10.5s. I'm bummed about not keeping them as they look worth the price, but I don't want to take the chance of ordering a 9 and having them be too small.
