I am so happy with my Birkenstocks! I cannot wear Chacos because there is too much arch support so these are perfect. I have had no break in period with them.

Exactly what I wanted. Reasonably priced. Comfortable shoe, and I love the style and color. Perfect. Shipped quickly and arrived promptly. I love Zappo’s!

Love the Birks Mayari. This is the second time I've bought these pair of shoes. The first ones lasted me several years, and I only retired them after wearing them through a bunch of rivers in Thailand (obviously you shouldn't wear these in water! But they were old and I decided the sacrifice was worth it/now I had an excuse to get a new pair!). Even after all the water, I still use the old ones occasionally - they are now my beach shoes, when I don't want to get my new pair all sandy :) They are comfy, I've walked all over European cities in them. And they stay on my feet better than the Arizona style.

This is my first pair of Mayaris -- I have pair of Gizha's that I love, love, love! -- Both styles are great sandals, super comfy, and imho they are actually cute. The Mayari in particular really grabs the foot well, if you adjust the straps, and so that helps my foot in contact with the footbed, with has ahhhhhmazing arch support. About sizing -- I order a 38 (7-7.5) even though I typically wear a US womens 8. The 38 fits perfectly, the 39 actually is a bit long.. I think it would be fine to just go with the 39, but a matter of preference for me to have a snugger fit in terms of length. width you can adjust with the straps (the footbed is plenty wide without hurting my feelings about having a wider foot).

I'm a little late to the Birkenstock game. I never liked the way the traditional two strap looked on my size 11 foot. It just made them look gigantic! This Mayari style is way more flattering and gives the Birkenstock support with the look of a cuter flip-flop. I got these in the black oiled leather. I think the first pair I got was slightly defective because the toe wrap on the right shoe was way too tight but the left shoe was fine. Instead of risking it not stretching out I ordered another pair of the exact same shoe and they are much better fitting. I do find that the leather on the right shoe top strap is super stiff and leaves a mark on my foot after a while. I'm hoping it just needs to get worked in and will soften with wear. Overall I'm super pleased. Thanks to Zappos for the quick service and easy returns. One pair to keep and one to go back.

these shoes are incredibly comfortable. Both daughters bought a pair and love them.

I'd say I have normal width feet, but the Birkenstock regular is really pretty wide. I'm going to return these and go with a narrow width version. Very comfortable otherwise. The toe loop didn't bother me at all and the adjustable straps are great.

Ordered these in narrow and regular width. The narrows do accommodate my normal-width feet. These feel a little stiff at first, but I wore them all day and they were totally comfortable.

The narrow is not a cross between regular and narrow it is narrow. I have another color from many years ago of the Mayari and it is a narrow, but this narrow is a true narrow. i have to return and am uncertain if I will order another. As always though Zappos is the best.

I usually wear a size 8N shoe, and the Birkenstock size 39N fits great. It has been comfortable from day 1, and the Narrow makes it so that my foot isn't sliding all over the shoe; it stays put! Thank you, Zappos, for carrying the Narrow width!

My first Birkenstock purchase and I’m so glad I did! I have PTTD in the right foot and plantar fasciitis in the left, I can wear these All day and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day. I feel like it’s a miracle! I like this style, the toe strap does not bother me at all. These are cute and I highly recommended them

Loved the shoe but didn’t realize it wasn’t leather. Returned only for that reason.

First pair of Birkenstock’s and I’m hooked! Takes a little while getting use to the footbed. Great support!

Love these. Have previously only worn the Gizeh, but I think I like these even more. The toe strap did hurt at first & it did take a week or so to get used to it. After that super comfortable!

This is my second pair of Mayari. After trying the Salina (the toe bar wasn’t in the right spot for my feet), these are perfect! I got the brown toffee color and I love the shine on them when I am outside. I already have the antique lace, which I also love, but they show dirt like crazy (I have 2 kids who are constantly stepping on my feet or in the dirt). Hoping this pair won’t be as noticeable with the dirt. I also love the Gizeh, but Mayari are a little more comfortable. Plus I like how they stay on and don’t slip.

I love these! So happy I went with these shoes. I usually wear 10-11, so I got size 41. Fit perfectly. So comfortable and I’m excited to spend all summer in them.

LOVE. I never thought I would buy a pair of Birkenstock's... had to be completely wasted. But sober as I was I read lots of the reviews and did it! I LOVE these shoes! I originally ordered the size 7 but exchanged them for the 6. Great fit! I seriously want to wear them from sun up to sun down. Shorts, dresses or jeans they are so cute and comfy and very well made it will probably be years before I need to buy another pair but I will when the time comes! Enjoy!! Unbiased in Georgia!

Love love love these shoes. So very comfortable and cute. I got the stone color and it’s a great alternative to brown. Like other Birks I order a size smaller (I get a 37 and I’m usually a size 7 in other shoes). Highly recommend. So happy with my purchase.

I love this shoe! I have it in multiple colors and couldn’t ask for a more versatile sandal! The only thing I was curious about was they did not come in a birk shoe box.

It took a few days to break these bad boys in, but I’ve received several complements (even one from my husband, gasp!!) and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I’m not in love with the Birkenstock look, but I have super narrow feet and these fit like a glove. This style is pretty cute. I’ve heard that as I wear them they will mold to my foot and become even more comfortable, but I have to say they were pretty comfy from the start. For some reason, I had to adjust them differently because one felt slightly larger than the other when I had them the same. It’s probably just my feet, though! I’m really happy to have found a pair of sandals that don’t feel like they’re constantly about to fall off my feet!

I don't usually care for the Birkenstock look but since I broke my ankle several years ago I'm interested in sandals and shoes with good support. I think this sandal style is comfortable and very flattering all around, more so than the classic two thick strap style. I liked the style so much I bought another pair.
