Perfect for daily wear

I initially bought a size 8 because I read reviews recommending ordering a half size down. They were still too big so I exchanged for a size 7 and they’re great. They are super comfortable, provide good support for my high arches, and are a cute alternative to some of my less comfortable summer sandals. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful leather for the oiled leather. Very comfortable with excellent arch support- can walk for hours without foot pain! look cute with casual skirts, shorts, capri's.

This is a beautiful shoe. I had ordered another black, but opted for the real oiled leather variety instead. they are comfortable and cute- I can hike the urban jungle all day long.

This is definitely a 'five star' sandal...eventually. Although I am not the biggest fan of thong sandals I do own my fair share of the "Helen" from Mephisto and they are great. I also often wear Birkenstock though these are my first pair of thongs. Bought them because I do like to change up the foot-bed to keep my feet at maximum comfort. This sandal is very cute and stylish and am not disappointed that I bought them but the break-in for the toe/thong leather to soften took quite some time and am just about there after constant wear the past month. So I would recommend this sandal but for me it was not 'right out of the box' wearable.

Love this style. Immediately ordered a second color. Great support, cute style and super comfortable. I usually order a 40 in other brands but always take a 39 in Birkenstocks.

Bought these as a gift for my daughter-in-law. She chose the style because she liked the toe straps! She loves them, she wears them to work, and to just "live in". I'm sure she'll ask for a second pair for her birthday!! Also, she has a collection of Japanese socks, and because of the separate space for the big toe, she can wear them with these sandals!! They are PERFECT!!!

Love this shoe, have it in two colors, never have tired legs, very versatile can wear to work or causal.

I am a size 7, almost always. I got a size 37 in the Mayaris and they fit perfectly. There is actually a fitting guide on the shoebox and according to that, I am a 37. So I think the size conversions are a little off for this shoe. They are comfortable but I think they do need to be broken in. I am wearing them around my house for a week to break them in a bit before I wear them outside. They are comfortable and I think they're cuter and more stylish than the Arizonas. This is my second pair of Birkenstocks. I had a pair of Arizonas that I bought in high school 20 years ago and wore them all through college. I actually don't know what happened to those shoes, but they were pretty worn out. I remember loving those shoes but for some reason I didn't really think of getting another pair until now. Comfortable shoes are pretty much the only thing I wear now but they have to be cute too! I bought the leather upper because of the reviews where the Birko-Flor tore at the toe area. These are too expensive to risk that kind of defect.

Love my Birkenstocks

I bought these because I had completely worn through my last pair of Birks. This is only my second pair because they last so dang long! As much as I loved my first pair (Arizona model), I have very narrow feet and they were the regular width, and even after cinching them as tight as I could, my foot could slide around quite a bit. I had no idea that Birkenstocks came in a narrow size until now, and I can't believe I didn't get these sooner! I'm either a size 10 or 11, depending on shoe brand (since most brands don't carry half sizes that high) and I was even more thrilled that these came in a 10.5. I was a little bit skeptical about the toe loop since I have found them in other shoes to be restrictive and/or too tight. The first few days it was slightly uncomfortable, but after I broke them in and the straps softened up, it's actually pretty great. I feel like the loop anchors my foot in a way my old pair didn't. These are also a touch nicer looking than my previous pair, and they pair really nicely with just about any of the clothes that I normally wear. I would sincerely recommend this shoe, and the brand overall to anyone!

I really like these sandals as they are v comfy and less bulky than typical Birkenstocks, but yet they still hide my bunions. I REALLY like that they come in narrow and wish all Birkenstocks came in narrow and are more readily available in stores. I also wish they came in more colors - like a nice (but NOT super bright) coral and turquoise.

I love these. I wore the Arizonas for years and loved them, but these are even better. They stay on well and hug your feet. The only reason I took a star away from Comfort is that when I first got them I felt like my feet didn't fit into the footbed quite right. I don't know if I adapted to them or if they adapted to me, but it only took one day of wearing them for them to feel right. I have skinny legs and feet, so I like that these are less clunky looking than other Birks. I got them in silver, and it's a nice color. Not too shiny/flashy.

I have worn these every day since they arrived. They are super comfortable. I have difficulty with sandals because I have extremely narrow feet, but the straps adjust so that they fit perfectly.

First wear caused some blistering but has not been a problem since. I have received many comments on them. I have had a few pits of birkenstocks in my life and they never disappoint

I wear an 8 and bought a 38... fit perfectly. I have Birkenstock Arizona’s and Gizeh’s and these are by far the most comfortable and attractive out of the 3 different styles.

I love my new Birkenstocks! I bought the Habana Oiled Leather color for a vacation and am so happy I did. We walked for miles sightseeing (no exaggeration) and my feet never got sore. At first, I was concerned about the toe strap not being comfortable, but they were awesome. I’ve worn Birks for years and these are my new favorite style. I highly recommend them!

This review is for the oiled leather Mayaris. I'm usually a 39 but I found these ran large. I returned them and ordered 38s, which were perfect. There is a little bit of a break in period but that's to be expected. I've worn them for a total of around 8 hours now and they're super comfy. I'll definitely be buying more Birkenstocks. Note: I didn't experience any arch pain, which I was told to expect because of the Birkenstock design. I do have high arches, however, so that might be why I haven't been affected.

I own several pairs of Birkenstock sandals & these are fantastic for my ultra narrow feet. I’ve never liked something between my toes, probably because others tried were too wide for me. I didn’t even have to punch more holes in the straps as I’ve had to with all my other “Birks” except the Dorothy that has a heel. These really hold my foot just right & the toe strap has been dandy. May buy another pair.

I wanted a shoe that was comfortable yet stylish to walk in, and this is definitely it! My family is all about birks, they are so comfortable! It makes every other pair of sandals I own feel flat because these have so much support. Love them!!!
