The sandals felt very stiff. I returned them because the strap by my big toe hurt me.

It was obvious that the straps were going to wear against my toes. Very uncomfortable.

I love the look of these on but the leather straps were so very firm and painful I could not keep them.

Fits perfect! Takes a few times of wearing them to break them in. I would say the color is not true to the color in the pictures. It’s more of a lighter tan/beige…neutral. I almost sent them back because I liked the color in the picture but chose to keep them.

Love the style, fit and size was great. Had ordered another pair that were too big. Liked that color better than these ones though. Color is much different than original pair purchased. If that was the same, would be 5 stars

Cute shoes but they feel a bit rough where they contact the top of my foot. I think they'll soften up in time and I plan on keeping them.

For some reason i feel like this shoe runs a little big . I usually wear a 8-8.5 (39). Had to send back and buy the 7-7.5 (38). Fit great..

I normally wear a 38 and several of the reviews said size down so I ordered a 37. The width was great but my toes were at the edge. If prefer a little space between your toes and the edge of the shoe then I wouldn’t size down. I ended up returning the 37 and getting a 38. Can’t really comment on the comfort yet because I have not broke them in (hear it take like 2-3 weeks).

Third pair of this style…need to be broken in at first but then so comfortable…my go to summer sandals!

This style does not look good on me. Maybe because the straps fit too wide.

My first pair of Birks. The fit is perfect! I am a 9.5 in most shoes so I got the 9-9.5 and I'm glad I did. The style is so cute! As for comfort, they are very hard soled and are taking a while to get used to them. I'm used to squishy shoes and these are definitely not squishy!

Very cute style but toe strap would irritate in between big and second toes.

Just wasn’t fit for my foot. Didn’t like how strap felt around my big toe.

I sooo wanted these to fit. I have a narrow foot, and these were just a tad too wide, causing my foot to slip a bit and hit the end of the footbed. The style was so cute and the foot bed so supportive, I was disappointed it didn't work out.

I ordered the bright pink. In person it looks more dusty magenta. Not a color I like. I wear an 8W. After reading the reviews I went with the suggestions. The 'regular' width was good but the 8-8 1/2 was too long. I should have gone for the 7-7 1/2. Probably would have fit. I might try a different color this season.

Too narrow between the arch and heel. Had to return.

Great shoe - I just should have ordered a smaller size.

I'm a size 39 and these are a perfect fit in width, length and I also bought them in the dark pink

The fit and size were spot on. But the staple wasn’t quite what I had wanted to I had to return them.

Everything is great about the shoes except for the scuff marks. I will be sending these back.

I love the look and the sole of the show but the pat around the big toe is so tight. Yes I adjusted it and max it as loose as possible and it still pinched. I ended up returning the shoes.

I love these and have had several pairs of Birkenstocks that lasted forever. The toe strap broke on these after 3 years.

I've purchased a few pairs of the Birkenstock Mayari over the years. This was my first purchase of the leather version; the others are the birki-flor material. For some reason, the toe straps seem looser on this pair than on any other pair that I've worn. I like the dark blue color and the comfort of the cork sole, but would prefer for the toe loop area to be more snug instead of loose.

These run 2 SIZES TOO HUGE! According to the chart, a size 9 female foot should take a 39 - I had to return and re-purchase TWICE to find that a 37 was the proper fit for a size 8 female foot. Also, these took more breaking in than I expected - the stiff leather caused a sore on the upper part of my toes from where it rubbed when walking. I'm still working on breaking them in! but I appreciate the good arch support and the thick soles which I think will wear better than my previous knock-off versions.

Very cute shoe, but it appeared these shoes were not brand new. The other Birkenstock’s I have purchases have always had a tag on the straps and the straps are NEVER buckled. These did not seem new
