I started wearing Birkenstock this year because I moved to another country and don't have a car. I stopped having foot pain when I started wearing Birkenstock shoes. I do a lot of walking and carrying things now. I have these and the ones with the straps around the ankle. I feel they are more feminine than the other styles and my feet are happy. The soft bed is a bit narrow for me. My foot is a little wider and need this style to be comfortable.

This shoe is fantastic! Birkenstocks are a little wide for my usually M foot, but this narrow width feels custom-made. Wore these in a town with cobble stone streets, and couldn't have been more comfortable!

So far I really like these sandals. I got a 1/2 size down and they fit perfectly. I also have wide feet and they still fit great. They definitely take time to break in which I learned by getting a big blister on the side of my foot wearing them for the first time walking the Vegas strip. Take your time breaking them in.

Okay this is for the ladies who stand for work all day! I am a hair dresser who works 10 hour days on her feet. These things are amazing!!! I had to break them in the first week and my arch hurt just a little only because I haven't been wearing good shoes. But at the end of my day when I get home my feet aren't throbbing anymore like they use to..these things changed my life. And I love this style .. Also I'm a 8-81/2 and I ordered size 38 fits perfectly!!!

I have to preface this with I am a true size 5 in shoes - not many people in this group. That being the case, size 36 does not equal 5 as stated. It equals 6. But since they're a slip on and the straps are adjustable, I decided to keep the sandal. In all other ways, this shoe is great, light and basically comfortable.

I really find these very comfortable and cute. The only issue I had is my toes hit the rim a bit, so I had to make the strap around the foot tighter to keep my food farther back. It wasn't worth returning it but I would probably get a size up next time.

After searching high and low for a nice sandal, these are definitely it. I've never had Birkenstock's before, and these will definitely not be my last pair. I'm a size 7 and wear a size 36 in this sandal.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I am hooked. They are super comfortable and really cute. This is my new go-to pair of shoes for the rest of the summer.

Really happy with these sandals. Very comfortable, taupe color goes with everything. I had to size down. Expensive, but worth it.

I usually wear sizes 7.5-8 in most shoes, except in Birkenstock sandals I wear 37 (6-6.5). My feet are 3 and 3/8" at their widest point. Regular width fits wells, narrow width is too narrow. These sandals are extremely comfortable and durable. My arches are on the higher side of normal and I can walk around in these sandals all day without discomfort, whether in the park, touristing in other countries, or just running errands. Even if my feet sweat, they never smell. Would not recommend getting the soles wet though.

I usually wear size 7.5-8, but size 37 (6-6.5) fits me in Birkenstocks. I ordered both narrow and regular widths to try them out - returning the narrow width. I must have average feet.

Love these shoes. They're so comfortable that I've worn them everyday since I bought them. I hesitated buying these shoes because of the price, but after I read raving reviews I tried them out and they are my absolute favorite Birkenstocks!

I love this shoe! I ordered a pair on Zappos last year and have used them quite frequently since then! I walk a lot and most sandals break, or become less than ideal within a month or two. The Birkenstock Mayari's have been comfortable since day 1- I didn't get blisters when breaking them in. They go great with practically any outfit, especially during the summertime! I definitely want to buy another pair of Birkenstocks when these eventually wear out!

I have very narrow feet, and have a difficult time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable, and fashionable. This shoe is all of that. They are naturally on the narrow side, have excellent arches and go with any outfit. I have worn these on a few walks, and after several miles, they are still comfortable and easy on the feet.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and offer great support. I know they will last. I've had a pair of Arizona Birkenstocks for 11+ years (not worn everyday because it snows 6 months out of the year here). This style is a little more feminine than the Arizona which I like. I wear a size 8 sneaker and 7-8 dress shoe. My Arizonas are size 38 and I wear a 38 in Dansko. I had to exchange for size 37 with this pair. Zappos customer service was excellent!

These are my favorite Birkenstocks! They are so lightweight and comfortable. I wear them everyday. The Mayari style is slightly larger than the Arizona style, but they still fit nicely.

Not only did they arrive fast, but the comfort is amazing. I have a lot of foot and back problems and I have no issues with these sandals. I borrowed a pair before I purchased these and I am not disappointed.

I bought these earlier this summer, when they were available in silver! Yessss-ssss! I get LOTS of compliments on them whenever I wear them, which is often. IMO, they go with lots of clothes, especially denim. They are VERY comfortable,and because I wear the Gizeh style all the time, a cinch to break in. The only thing I do not like about Birkenstock sandals in general is when they get wet: They feel very squelchy and icky on your feet until they dry out again. If you know you will be in a wet environment, better think about Tevas or Chacos instead.

I've never worn Birkenstocks before. They are so comfortable that I can walk Mike's in them. And, to my surprise they look really great on my feet. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.
